Close to the temple, food need to be improved. Rooms are ok, not very clean and dusty bed.

Rooms look good on the surface, but full of problems when you actually live in them: toilet flush doesn't work, no toilet paper, no hand towel, fan knob is broken (it's either on + full speed or off entirely - can't control speed), cabinets creak sooo loud that you'll refuse to open/use them, key card stopped working so they gave me a manual key but it takes a lot of jiggling in the keyhole to open the door, I could go on...
Cleanliness also looks okay on the surface but when you take off bed cover and closely examine the sheet underneath you can see stains and a few hairs, there's only one sheet between you and mattress underneath (hygiene issue - sweat will definitely reach the mattress), room is dusty wherever not visible (under bed, inside cabinets, etc.)

Excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious. Everywhere is clean. The rooms are cleaned regularly. The plumbing is good. Very good air conditioning. The staff is friendly. They helped to order a taxi. I think this is the best hotel in Kollur.

excellent location very near to the Mookambika temple. Staff courtious and helpful, especially in getting a smooth darshan on an especially heavy rush Food at adjacent restaurant wholesome and tastey. Only drawback we found was no room service

The staff is non coperative and also rude
We a group of 14 person reached at the residency by 9.30, The main person at the reception who intoduced as the manager,told us that, if we make Payment of 850 the early check in is possible which is fine,
Since we had a booking of 7 rooms, it would be 5950 for 2 hours which is a bit expensive, so we asked for 1 room and were ready to pay so that we can safely keep our luggage in the room and go to the temple for the morning Darshan.
When we told them that suddenly they changed their story and said that no rooms are available. We requested them to let us talk to the manager, which they refused. We had to endure such an unprofessional attitude after having travelled for over 24 hours to get to the hotel.
They main culprits are the two people at the reception, one who was introduce as the manager which is not true, the other person both of them were extremely rude.
The restaurant is also badly managed and customers are totally neglected as they are very understaffed.
