"Positives 1. Room was good. Negatives 1. Ac & tv did not work. Had to call front desk and that wasted 1 hour of my stay 2. Found hair in the ice cream that i had ordered. But they never reimbursed it or replaced it. Instead they charged me for one more ice cream. 3. No shampoo or soap was provided 4. No hot water in the taps for bathing 5. No complimentary breakfast or not even coffee or newspapers were provided even after charging 6300+ rupees per night. 6. Towels were not clean."

The entire stay was memorable, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Karnataka. The beachside area was very safe, and the overall ambiance of the resort made our stay completely worth it. Safety measures were excellent, which made us feel very comfortable throughout. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Vishwanath, the beachside guard. He was incredibly supportive and took great care of us, especially during the water activities, as I am not very familiar with swimming. His guidance made the experience enjoyable and safe. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Melvin, the property manager, who was very polite and helpful from the beginning. He clearly explained the itinerary and guided us on the best stay options. His support made the entire process smooth. Overall, I would like to thank the entire team for their outstanding service and hospitality. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable, and memorable stay."

The proximity to the sea, right in front of the homestay, is very relaxing. Breakfast is prepared every morning with fresh fruit juice and a different Indian breakfast each day. The staff is very attentive, respectful, and friendly."

The massage and facial were also amazing, and the photos really don’t do this place justice — you have to experience it for yourself. I honestly have nothing bad to say. Everything was exceptional, from the setting and food to the service and overall atmosphere. If you’re looking for a memorable break somewhere peaceful and beautiful, do not hesitate to book. You will not regret it!"

"Don't get deceived by the pictures posted by the property. The property is not maintained for several years and looks like a ghost town. No security in the first place and the entire surroundings are shabby and unhygienic. The bedspread had pee marks. The toilet has no lock. Left overs of previous customers still unattended. We did nit have the complementary breakfast and just fled the scene.Had a pathetic experience for the money paid and my family was so upset. MMT has to return my money back. Feel cheated. "
