The hot water in the bathroom was a bit disappointing. **Service:** The staff’s professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. Whether it was the concierge recommending hidden local gems or housekeeping ensuring every need was met, the team genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience. **Location:** The resort's location is stunning—situated right on a massive lagoon with three side backwater . The beautiful gardens enhance the experience while maintaining a peaceful retreat-like atmosphere.The road is a bit narrow, which can make it challenging for larger vehicles. **Final Thoughts:** Paradise Lagoon exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury, comfort, and personalized service so seamlessly. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking a 4-star experience. Rooms were okay they need to care more about housekeeping, Night shift front office and restaurant managers were very helpful. But I want to say sorry because I never give a bad reviews about some one working in the hotel , Mr Praveen he was in front desk seriously he need more training to face travellers .

We stayed for 6 days and it was great. The hotel is rather small, but the comfort level matches their 4 star rating. Staff are amazingly friendly and polite. Food at their restaurant was good. Had the buffet once and it was great.
