They gave us very dirty and smelly room. The room was full of alcoholic and cigarette smell. When we denied to take such room the manager talked with us very rudely. At the time of checkout we requested to extend some time becz we went for bhasmarti at midnight 1 am and cs-me back in the morning 7. 30. So wanted to do some rest. But again some arrogant person was there who talked with us rudely and denied to give any extension for checkout time. It was a horrible experience for us because they treat us like baggers. Pl don’t book this property at any cost.

Room service was worst. There is no cleanness, washroom was very dirty. Bed sheet used was dirty. I am not recommending any one for this.

The hotel staff was very supportive and helpful. Initially during check in, we didn't like our room and had some issues. They promptly changed the room and provided fresh linen and blankets. Hotel location is also very close to temple entrance so that's a plus. They also provided help and support after checkout.

The room was not worth of the amout that i paid, very dirty and shady washroom, anyone can get infected by that washroom when i entered in washroom fecal matter were floating in the pot. And second thing bedsheet and pollows are also very dirty, they were not even washed, i did'nt sleep properly whole night due to unhygiene in the room.

No power backup, once light gone, he don't have power backup to provide light. Around 2 to 3 hrs light gone and we slept in room without light

The location was close to the temple but the hotel was not clean, bed of cockroaches. Hygiene was very poor.

Everything was as per the cost of room. Thought service can be improved. Called the reception twice and personally came there for some issue, but they didn't send someone.

It is a decent one night stay for devotees. You do not get running hot water so keep that in mind if booking during the winter season. The approach to the hotel is also very tricky. It's located in a very small gully with several other hotels. It is at best a 1 star property. Despite the fact, it was very well kept. The rooms and amenities were kept clean and tidy.
