"The kitchenware is complete, I bought green onions and eggs to cook instant noodles. Self-service check-in is also convenient, but I forgot the check-out time (11:00), and I couldn't get in when I returned to the hotel at 12 noon. I called the customer service number and they re-wrote the card for me to pick up my luggage remotely. The customer service automatically replied that I didn't need to worry about the broken cup and no compensation was required. Check-in process: There is a door opening password and check-in QR code in the email. Enter the lobby and scan the check-in QR code with the card writing machine, and take the card and write the card according to the prompts"

"Stayed overnight in May 2025, 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was seamless, the staff were helpful and it was easy to check in rather late (after 8PM). The room was modern with complementary chocolates, coffee and toiletries. Bedding was really comfortable. We paid extra to prearrange a cot. The towel heating was great, but we didn’t use any other heating as the room was quite warm - liked that we could let in fresh air and use a fan for circulation too. The Dyson hair dryer was fantastic! There was a lift (helpful for all our bags). Location was central with a lot to walk and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the great coffee downstairs at the cafe. We would’ve happily extended another night here, but they were booked out - can tell why, our stay was wonderful."

"Terrible! I didn’t get my €400 deposit back for a completely made-up reason. After looking for information, I realized I’m not the only one — the landlord does this regularly. It’s hard to see it in the reviews because he complains about them and many negative ones get removed. I’m shocked at how easily this happens. If you also became a victim, please file a fraud report with the police. There is an online option to do this as well. I will do it too."
