New and clean apartments run by professional team onsite. Car Parking convenient underground and close to transport links. Shopping close to apartment for food and other products. I would recommend and return next time I am in the area.

I had a very pleasant stay in Brera Ulm from 09-March-2023 to 02-June-2023 in room number 509. My overall stay was very nice and satisfied. I have one improvement point. The room can have a table fan, so that it can be used during summer.

The apartment was so good and looking forward to next trip. Everything was organised so well, clean and maintained very well. I would like to recommend this to our freinds for the stay. Thank you for your service.

Stayed for over than 2 months. Never got additional toilet paper. Apartment has a loud washing machine, 1 cap was provided for the duration of stay. Sink is very small. The Extractor is loud an barely works. A lot of vapor / smoke from cooking. Smell of cooking stays for more than one day unless you open windows. Smoke detector blinks strangely when you get vapor from cooking. Room gets the smell of cooking. Confusing to enter and make check in. Construction in surrounding area makes it difficult sometime during the day to enter in parking area. Sometimes loud partying in the lobby area, terrible if you are staying on ground floor.Don't recommend and hope will not return

It was good expirience to mee. Thak you for Welcome pack! It's cool that you leave me a postcard with handwritten message. My windows overlooked a construction site and this detracted from the travel experience a little, but otherwise everything was fine

Great place with good ambience, service with full equipped kitchen, laundry and vending machines and great location in good walking distance to the historic and commercial center and public transport to visit Ulm. but very hot and noisy

The safest & warmth place to stay to be The You. Its near to ULM Hbf and staff are friendly and nice. Its near to others marts as well. So I would say its at right place as in complete package. Thank you for providing such experience.

brera is an ok hotel, the employees are nice and respectful, the location is excellent, the rooms are ok, the kitchen is equipped to the smallest detail, the roof terrace is bestial, during the day you almost always find someone at the office in case you need something, in short my experience at brera was very good

Apartment costs so much but still no bath tubs. Service of apartments is poor. For which i had to pay extra. Even though i have not utilised any stuff i should make sure that its cleaned which kind of non sense
