It was a great and good experience staying at this hotel. First of all, the super helpful and friendly staff. The manager on duty 小王 helped us to make an online reservation to visit Xinjiang Museum. The beautiful young trainee staff helped us to call up Xiamen Airline on her local phone to confirm our rescheduled itinerary. The hotel room is very clean, located near to a subway station which is convenient for travelling. Eatery outlets are easily accessible within walking distance.
A highly recommended hotel for a pleasure staying.

於2025年9月12日預訂了新疆烏魯木齊柏曼精選酒店（鐵路局地鐵站店），入住時間9月13日，退房時間9月14日。入住當晚，房間618，出現嚴重的下水道反味問題，當晚要求保潔清潔一遍，但仍保持刺鼻無法忍受的反味問題，酒店沒有給出合理安排，因當晚時間過晚，強忍入住一晚，第二天清晨與前台再次反應情況，前台推脱不給任何解決方式，態度蠻橫，謊話連篇，試圖掩蓋事實；其二，早餐時，發現清炒油菜多處有泥土污漬，饅頭酸臭異味，涉及食品安全，酒店前台再次推脱，稱沒有辦法，那就別吃了。其三，遇事不給解決，哄騙我們先退房離開，謊稱離開後酒店經理會幫我們解決補償問題。直至評論時刻，酒店仍不作為，謊話推脱。對了，在這家酒店停車是收費的，電梯是跟口腔醫院共用的。第一次遇到這麼欺負外地客人的酒店，就認為我們拿他們沒辦法。

這酒店沒個大病真的整不出這種操作，窗簾白天關不嚴漏光，洗手間夜燈晃眼全屋都是小事。隔音極差，結果酒店還從凌晨12點開始拿着鑽機和角磨機在樓道拆鎖，一直到凌晨四點還沒幹完，而且一直在聊天。早晨6點開始另一個鎖沒電了開始狂響到8點也沒人管。全樓住户出來投訴就是不停，垃圾到極致！
