"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. There was healthy tea available for guests in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. Even the security guards were helpful and happy to provide information – they even rushed to help carry our luggage down the steps. Breakfast was served in the library, which has a beautiful decoration and a wide selection of food. The best part of our stay, however, was the hotel's thoughtful service. They helped my daughter – who is currently in London – order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me in the room for Mother's Day. I had no idea about this arrangement. Shortly after we checked in, reception knocked on my door with the flowers. What a pleasant surprise! It's truly impressive that such great customer service can be delivered even online. Highly recommended!"

"This was my first time choosing Wanda, and it will probably be my last. When I travel, I usually opt for high-end hotels because of the service and the expectation of a hassle-free experience, but this time was truly disappointing. First, before check-in, I received a call asking for my arrival time and any room preferences. This was a good start. I told them my arrival time and requested a room with plenty of sunlight, and I left my phone number. Less than two hours later, I received a second call asking the exact same questions. I don't understand why there was such a lack of communication that led to repeated calls. I told them I had already spoken to someone and reiterated my request for a sunny room. Then, at check-in, I emphasized it a third time, only to be given an east-facing room that only gets sun from about 9 to 10 AM, and then none after that. I know I could have asked the front desk to change rooms, but it's such a bother. I choose good hotels precisely for a relaxed and comfortable stay, not to keep changing rooms. If you can't provide the requested service, then don't keep calling repeatedly beforehand. Also, for anyone considering booking a Wanda hotel, be aware that there are two Wanda hotels in the same building. If I had known that beforehand, I wouldn't have booked it. The breakfast time was so crowded I've never seen anything like it; it really impacted the experience. As for the room deposit, I haven't seen that in a long time, but it's not a huge deal. However, it took half a day after check-out, and I had to call myself to get the deposit refunded, which is really something else. In short, I'm not sure if Wanda is truly a five-star hotel anymore, but these service issues really make it seem unprofessional."

"The receptionist was really kind, he gave us a late checkout, knowing that we had a late flight that evening. The room size and amenities in the room were great, and the location was pretty central as well. Too bad we didn't get to use the hotel pool. It looks really good and the staff were very friendly, happy to show us around. I won't hesitate to stay there again."

The receptionist, Xiao Dong, and the other staff were all very friendly, polite, and efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money and is suitable for both leisure and business trips. It's weird that the check-in of the hotel is on the 12th floor and there's no direction about it. The breakfast was far below the standard. Specifically, the breakfast coffee was almost undrinkable. However, I appreciate the long breakfast hours lasting until 11:30 am."
