"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is absolutely fantastic – super close to the high-speed train station, just a few minutes by taxi. It's nestled in an authentic local neighborhood, with popular old-brand eateries and night markets right downstairs. You get a real feel for local life without any of the noise, making both getting around and finding food incredibly convenient. The room itself was another pleasant surprise. At night, pulling back the curtains reveals a dazzling city skyline; the high-floor view is completely unobstructed. Lying in bed and watching the city lights felt incredibly therapeutic. But the real star was Butler Xiao Huang! From confirming my itinerary before check-in to a warm farewell at checkout, she was incredibly responsive, gentle, and meticulous throughout. Seeing I had a child, she proactively brought kids' slippers. When I casually mentioned being thirsty, she quietly prepared warm honey water. Late at night, she even thoughtfully sent over a guide to local late-night snacks, and every restaurant she recommended was a winner. She even marked down the best times to visit attractions to avoid crowds. This kind of 'subtle yet pervasive' care resonated with me much more than the standardized service at a five-star hotel. Even though it was just a one-night stay, I felt looked after as if I were in my own home."

"Great hotel for family and friends, we have wonderful breakfast there during the stay of 3D2N. It location is superb, just 3 minutes walking distance to Mrt station. 20 minutes can reach Urumqi Bazaar. Opposite the hotel is a night market and underground shop lot, there are so many things to eat and see. Walk another 10 minutes is another shopping mall, can also reach there by bus or Mrt. Overall, this hotel is perfect for family vacation stay."

The front desk lady, Xiao Pai, saw there were three of us and upgraded us to a twin-bedded suite, which we loved. She also gave us a special soapbox with local Yili characteristics and a fridge magnet with pictures of Xinjiang attractions. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful, highly recommended!"

"The first room I checked into was extremely cold... The air conditioner was broken. Then they coordinated and moved me to a second room. The temperature came up, but the room smell was so strong that I couldn't stay in the room for long, but here I am again. I have no choice but to stay here if I have an exam nearby! The check-in experience is really bad. The hotel costs 249 yuan a day, which is not expensive but not cheap either. After changing two rooms, I still have various problems. I reported it to the hotel staff but nothing was done. I am speechless. I hope everyone can avoid this! !"

"Stayed here as part of a two day trip in Urumqi. When I first got the room it smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. Was told by the staff that I could only come back later to try for a different room. When I got back, I still received a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. While the photos show a window, it just a fake one, leading to what looks like a fire escape. Only complaint regarding the window was that it lead to poor ventilation. So my room smelt of cigarette smoke for days."

I asked them for disposable slippers and bottled water a few times during my stay, and they responded promptly with consistently good attitudes, never showing any impatience. The room was practical, with no scratches on the furniture and smooth curtain tracks, giving the impression that it's regularly maintained. The air conditioning cooled quickly, and the remote was responsive, which is better than many hotels. The bathroom is a big deal for me – the drainage here was excellent, so shower water didn't pool at my feet, and the shower head didn't fluctuate between hot and cold. That's a huge plus."

"This stay at the Jianzhi Hotel in Urumqi was such a pleasant surprise, it absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Nanmen Metro Station. Across the street is Wanyancheng, and you can walk to the famous Xiaohe Prince restaurant in just two or three minutes. The Grand Bazaar is only a 10-15 minute walk away, making it super easy to explore, eat, and buy souvenirs. Getting to other city attractions or catching transport for your return journey is also a breeze. The room itself had a simple, clean, and refreshing style. It was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. Despite Urumqi's dry heat, the in-room air conditioning and fresh air system worked perfectly, preventing any stuffiness. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was even a mini-fridge. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful throughout my stay. The value for money here is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi!"

"Our last night on the Yili loop brought us back to this Atour hotel. Its location is a huge plus, right on Min Street and within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are clean with a separate wet/dry bathroom, and closing the windows effectively blocks out street noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast offers a good mix of local flavors, and there's comforting congee available late at night. The self-service laundry facilities are a godsend for long-term travelers. Parking is convenient for those driving, and it's also very close to the high-speed train station. During peak season, it can get quite busy, so check-in might involve a bit of a wait. Considering its amenities and prime location, it's a worthwhile choice for a trip to Urumqi."
