Hygiene: Excellent hygiene, especially the smart toilet in the bathroom.
Environment: Beautiful surroundings.
Service: Warm and thoughtful service. Although our check-in wasn't smoothly pre-arranged, they immediately apologized and upgraded our room.

Lina SugiHad comfortable stay in this hotel. We booked the deluxe room which turns out to be very spacious. It has a living area and even a 'walkin' wardrobe.
A downside though is the aircon is insufficiently sized to cool the bed area during summer.
200m away is ccmall a very popular mall. Nearby has all amenities that you would expect.

Slightly dated (old) property that is starting to show wear in the rooms. Some rooms can face the elevated highway next to it, but the windows provide good sound protection. That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

I highly recommend the Modern Four Seasons Hotel! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and very efficient. The location is convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Maidoumm^(oo)^Booked two rooms here. Originally, we planned to stay in Fuyun because we were going to Tianchi the next day. However, since we'd already made it all the way to Urumqi, we decided to stay for a night and explore. We booked this hotel last minute. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar, about an 8-10 minute walk, and the area around it is bustling with activity. Finding food is super convenient; there are restaurants and a small mall downstairs. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the great location makes up for it! It really depends on what you're looking for.

Housekeeping diligently cleaned our room daily, keeping it spotless, and paid attention to small details like tidying our clothes and replenishing toiletries. Can’t go wrong staying here in Urumqi. A super chill place with a great common area giving off a homely vibe. Staff are lovely I had some good chats with them. Very clean hostel. Location wise it is in a residential neighbourhood with many restaurants a five minute walk away as well as a shopping mall and supermarket. Metro line close too. Note there are no western toilets and no curtains on the dorm beds which is the only downside for me.

Guest UserThe entire place was impeccably clean, and housekeeping tidied our room daily. The bedding was soft, clean, and odor-free. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water available 24/7, making for a really great shower experience. Definitely worth a stay.
