This stay was absolutely perfect, and I must give this hotel a five-star rating! First of all, the hotel's location is superb, situated in the city center with convenient transportation and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a modern and minimalist style. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are the perfect height, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The room cleanliness is impeccable; the floors, beds, and bathroom were all spotless, even the corners were meticulously cleaned, giving me a sense of peace and security. In terms of service, the hotel staff were warm and attentive, and every step from check-in to check-out was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff patiently answered all my questions and proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, making me feel right at home. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast was rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western styles, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors, satisfying my different tastes. In short, this hotel excels in location, rooms, service, and dining, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

This was a fantastic stay! The neighborhood is relatively quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The room was clean and tidy, and all necessary toiletries and a kettle were provided. Ample parking was available, making parking super convenient for those driving. There were also charging stations nearby, which is great for electric vehicle owners! Excellent value for money, I'll definitely stay here again!

Staying because I am transit at the airport. Free shuttle service at all hours is very useful and the driver (a young man) was very nice. We are very grateful to him picking us up at 6am and dropping us off at 5am the next day. Rooms are fine, especially for the price. Cleanliness could be a bit better given some loose hairs from previous occupants but like generally passable. Breakfast was simple but nice. The old couple running the breakfast downstairs, again, we some super nice people. Really caring and I’d say well above my expectation. In general, at the price, I would say it is worth it if you need a place near the airport.

This hotel is super close to the airport and offers a shuttle service, which is a huge plus. The environment is also quite nice, and the fact that you can get a late checkout at 4 PM, even if it's raining, is incredibly thoughtful! This means you don't have to rush from the city early in the morning for an early flight the next day. All you have to do is let the front desk know your desired shuttle time for the next day when you check in, and the hotel will take care of the arrangements. It's really excellent! For older guests, this service is particularly reassuring. There's also a night market nearby, with tasty baked buns for 3 yuan each, and places to buy fruit.

Traveling with friends, this stay experience is really impeccable! When checking in, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. Not only did they help us with the formalities quickly, they also thoughtfully upgraded the room type and gave us a little surprise. The room is clean and bright, and the decoration is warm and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately firm and soft, and I had a great sleep all night. The room is very spacious, and we can put our luggage there without feeling crowded. There is also a comfortable sofa area, where we chat and eat snacks at night, which is super cozy. The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's sound insulation is also good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all. It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

The service was great! They even gave me a free room upgrade, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious. Every time I stay here, the staff are so welcoming, and all the front desk personnel are lovely. I really love this hotel. There are good restaurants downstairs, and it's close to where I like to go shopping. It has a nice, relaxed pace of life.

The location is good, right opposite Jinquan Shopping Mall, and close to the Grand Bazaar. It's about a 30-minute walk to Hetian 2nd Street, so a taxi is faster. The pillows are very comfortable, and the room is spacious, which is a big plus. However, the hygiene is concerning; the desk in the room was dirty with a lot of dust, and the toilet seat wasn't clean. The worst part was the shower room. There was severe water accumulation during the shower, to the point where the water covered my feet. The shower stall only has a half-door, so water flowed out into the rest of the bathroom. After showering, the entire bathroom floor was flooded, and the hotel doesn't even provide bathmats.

Stayed for 3 consecutive nights, conveniently located near the Grand Bazaar and Longquan store. The area is lively, and the hotel offers great value for its location. Overall, it's a good place, and I'd choose it again next time I visit.

Location: 1 2 km walking distance to the international grand bazaar and the Erdiqiao metro station. But there are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. You can also take the public bus no. 63 to get to the bazaar for 1 Yuan. Amenities: There is a laundry room on level 3 with free detergent but no dryer. If the room is closed, ask help from housekeeping. They dont provide tea bags in room which is weird for China. And no free disposable shaving blade nor tissue except for toilet rolls. Service: this hotel is always full of wedding functions and many guests from other Central Asian countries. The reception is under-maned. So, they will keep your passports for registration which is not correct practice. We insisted that they took photos of our documents instead of keeping them. No other hotel in Xinjiang practices keeping passports, only this hotel. Other points: there is a police station in front. A convenience store and small supermarket right near the entrance. This hotel has 4 floors.

Room very clean. Perfect size. Desk and lights was good. The shower only had warm water so not very very hot, maybe it was used up cause it was in the evening. Staff very friendly, we liked them. Free parking. Breakfast was a small buffet, seemed like a typical Chinese buffet, maybe a bit limited for foreigners but that is ok. Many restaurants around. There’s a food bazaar very close which is nice. The laundry area was nice. The washing machine did not work very well, it seemed like it had an error. No drier :( . Better than not having any washing machine! Still, very happy with the place overall. I would recommend
