My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

The hotel facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The soundproofing is excellent, and the front desk staff are very friendly. My favorite part is that it's pet-friendly! I look forward to coming back and staying here again for my next vacation.

It's a highly reliable and recommended hotel in downtown Urumqi that's worth staying at long-term.

Had a fantastic stay at Conrad Urumqi! The location is unbeatable—so convenient for getting around the city. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the bed gave me some of the best sleep I've had in a while. A massive shoutout to all the staff members who were super friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The breakfast spread was lavish with plenty of great options, and the Executive Lounge was delightful as well—though the evening food presentation starts a bit late. Given the local time difference in Xinjiang compared to eastern China, it's totally understandable! I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Urumqi!

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is elegant and clean, the room is spacious, and the hygiene is impeccable. All the facilities are complete and work perfectly. This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

I previously stayed at Mehood Lestie in Chongzuo and had a fantastic experience. They offered complimentary cold drinks, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks during the scorching summer, which was very impressive. The service was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. This time, I booked the same Mehood Lestie for convenience as I was transferring from a train to a flight the next day. Overall, it was good. Initially, I was given a room that smelled of smoke, but after a quick call, they promptly moved me to another room. The breakfast spread was extensive. To my surprise, I even caught a sunrise from my room the next morning. However, one thing to note is that some room types have steps inside, which made me a bit nervous, fearing I might trip during the night. Luckily, that didn't happen.

Check-in for the hotel is on the third floor. The room was great – clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied! The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very polite. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a clean and reassuring stay. The surrounding area offers convenient access for getting around, and the overall service was attentive and meticulous. From the environment and service to the hardware facilities, everything reflected quality. It offers great value for money.

Neither good nor bad, just okay. The front desk staff on the day was quite impolite. I was a bit tired and just wanted to book a hourly room to rest for a while. Hourly rooms are usually for 4 hours. However, the staff called me directly when I hadn't even been there for 2 hours, asking if I wanted to extend my stay. Not only did it disturb my rest, but it also wasn't even close to the time to urge an extension. I told them I wouldn't be extending, and they just hung up without another word. Was that their way of kicking me out?

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's clean, very new, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Plus, parking is super convenient. Highly recommend!
