My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

Orange Hotel on Youhao South Road (Hongshan) is my top choice for business trips. Jingjing always arranges a quiet and convenient room for me. The hotel's location is excellent, on Youhao South Road, not far from Hongshan, making transportation very convenient. Taxis to attractions are quick. The lobby environment is comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the business meeting area is private, making it easy to meet clients. The room's office facilities are complete, with a spacious desk, plenty of charging ports, and stable internet, ensuring efficient work. The bedding is clean and soft, perfect for a good rest during a midday break. The smart lighting and curtains are easy to operate and save time. The bathroom is clean, odorless, and dry. Breakfast is rich and well-balanced. The service is professional, efficient, and thoughtful. It's truly my first choice for business travel.

He was efficient and professional, meticulously asking about my preferences and arranging the room according to my needs in advance. He clearly explained all the travel-related details, saving me a lot of hassle. The hotel's 'cloud lobby' design beautifully blends with Western Regions aesthetics, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The guest room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views of the entire city. The room itself is clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and diverse, featuring a wide variety of authentic Xinjiang specialty dishes, allowing you to savor local flavors without leaving the hotel. Overall, the service is professional and thoughtful, and the staff are gentle and courteous. Whether it's travel inquiries or room requests, they respond very promptly. With such a meticulous and attentive front desk staff like Martin, the entire trip was comfortable and worry-free. When I return to Urumqi in the future, I will definitely choose the Conrad again. It's my irreplaceable best choice for trips to Xinjiang, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi for business or leisure!

Highly recommend this hotel! First off, the hygiene is impeccable. Every corner, countertop, and the bathroom are spotless, with no water stains or unpleasant odors – perfect for germaphobes. The room is spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the pillows and mattress are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The front desk service is professional and attentive; check-in was quick, and they even proactively shared local sightseeing routes. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to the subway station.

This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

Check-in for the hotel is on the third floor. The room was great – clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied! The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very polite. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a clean and reassuring stay. The surrounding area offers convenient access for getting around, and the overall service was attentive and meticulous. From the environment and service to the hardware facilities, everything reflected quality. It offers great value for money.

Neither good nor bad, just okay. The front desk staff on the day was quite impolite. I was a bit tired and just wanted to book a hourly room to rest for a while. Hourly rooms are usually for 4 hours. However, the staff called me directly when I hadn't even been there for 2 hours, asking if I wanted to extend my stay. Not only did it disturb my rest, but it also wasn't even close to the time to urge an extension. I told them I wouldn't be extending, and they just hung up without another word. Was that their way of kicking me out?

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's clean, very new, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Plus, parking is super convenient. Highly recommend!
