LLynnOhWe had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team. There was healthy tea available for guests in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. Even the security guards were helpful and happy to provide information – they even rushed to help carry our luggage down the steps.
Breakfast was served in the library, which has a beautiful decoration and a wide selection of food.
The best part of our stay, however, was the hotel's thoughtful service. They helped my daughter – who is currently in London – order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me in the room for Mother's Day. I had no idea about this arrangement. Shortly after we checked in, reception knocked on my door with the flowers. What a pleasant surprise!
It's truly impressive that such great customer service can be delivered even online. Highly recommended!

Sshawn_on_caSlightly dated (old) property that is starting to show wear in the rooms. Some rooms can face the elevated highway next to it, but the windows provide good sound protection. That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

This is a 4-star hotel with excellent value for money.
The room had some pleasant surprises but also a few minor flaws. While they didn't significantly impact my stay, I took photos and hope they can be addressed.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. Yy3nch1ngHad another night stay here before heading back, and just adding on to my earlier review—still a consistently good experience overall.
One thing I forgot to mention earlier was that we actually stored our luggage at the hotel for about 10 days while we travelled around. Xiao Mi helped us arrange and store everything securely in a locker, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the trip.
Overall, still a very smooth and reliable stay with thoughtful service from the team.
