AAnonymous UserThe service was excellent! The guy at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade our room type. Seeing that we were staying with pets, he also took the initiative to provide pet supplies. We left some items behind when we left, and the hotel staff also contacted us. Thank you very much! The hotel environment was better than expected, and the rooms were equipped with negative ion machines, humidifiers, etc. Parking is free and the surrounding area is convenient. The only downside to this stay was that the room smelled a bit of smoke, of course, we forgot to emphasize that we wanted a non-smoking room~

HHowson ZhangVery good, new facilities and good service. 24-hour front desk, the plane arrived at the hotel 1 o'clock late, and the procedures were still smooth and efficient.
The ski hall is downstairs, you can ski in and out, and a ski ticket is given when you stay in the hotel. If you ski 2 and stay 2, you don't need to return the skis in between.
When you are tired of skiing, go upstairs to rest. When you are hungry, there are all kinds of food and coffee downstairs.
It was four o'clock on the day we checked out, and the front desk agreed to use the empty room as a dressing room, which was very satisfactory.
There is also an open-air hot spring, but I didn't see anyone taking a bath. I don't know if it's closed. The main thing is that many skiers can see the pool, which is a bit socially dead.
