The room was clean and the service was great. It's very close to Hongshan Park, which I really liked, and Times Square is nearby too. There's also a subway station close by. Environment: Perfect! 💯 The front desk staff were quick and friendly, and the housekeeping aunties were also very welcoming. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and approachable. We were especially impressed by the security guard, who thoughtfully offered us drinks while we were waiting in the lobby for our transport. Such proactive hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The counter staff were extremely helpful with our queries. I also loved the lobby, which was beautifully designed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasant place to sit and unwind while waiting or simply taking a short break. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The towels and drinking cups were individually packed in sealed bags, giving us added confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The complimentary self-service laundry facilities, complete with washers, dryers, and steam irons, were a huge convenience, especially for longer stays. The nightly porridge supper was another thoughtful touch that added great value to our stay. We used it on the last stay after many days of Xinjiang food. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is easy to get around the city by Didi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi.

On the last day of our trip, we spontaneously booked a room at this chain hotel, and it was a really great experience. The room was super clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was nice. The best part was the mini-fridge – it was spotless and had no weird smells, so we could store the fruits we wanted to take home. No worries about them spoiling if we bought them the night before! The amenities were very comfortable, and there's a parking lot right outside. Plus, it's really close to Hongshan Market. 🌹🌹🌹

Check-in for the hotel is on the third floor. The room was great – clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied! The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very polite. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a clean and reassuring stay. The surrounding area offers convenient access for getting around, and the overall service was attentive and meticulous. From the environment and service to the hardware facilities, everything reflected quality. It offers great value for money.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was great. There's a commercial street right downstairs, and it's very close to the Grand Bazaar, People's Cinema, and CCM Mall. The room felt new and had no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff provided attentive service, making my stay feel very secure. Any requests were quickly addressed. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!! Absolutely excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located about three kilometers from the Grand Bazaar, a quick drive away. They offer free parking right in front of the hotel. Service is very responsive; I called the front desk for mineral water and it was delivered quickly. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept soundly all night.

First time in Xinjiang and I chose Atour Hotel. The location is great, not far from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean with good natural light, and the breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. What really stood out was the excellent service from the front desk staff – both the young man and young lady were incredibly helpful. When we had a small issue, they promptly came to our room to resolve it. I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel again on my next visit to Xinjiang! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The overall experience of staying at the Starway Hotel was particularly comfortable. The hotel lobby is simple and refreshing, the public area is clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet and comfortable, making people feel very relaxed. The room was cleaned in place, the sanitation was meticulous, there was no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the rest was good at night, the facilities were complete and intact, the hot water and water pressure were very good 👍👍 The front desk staff Buwega has a gentle and polite attitude, check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, communication is patient, response to problems is timely, the service is intimate and thoughtful, and the whole experience is very good. The hotel is quiet in the overall noisy, and the living atmosphere is comfortable. It is suitable for business trips or short trips. The price is very good, live at ease. I highly recommend this store. I will give priority to Starway next time I come here. I am also willing to recommend it to friends who travel around me.

Good: Bed firm but comfortable, has all amenities you need (hairdryer, toiletries), receptionist was great and helped us a lot Neutral: location, neither bad or good, 7-8 min walk to bus stops/food dtreet. Bad: bathroom is pretty grim, wifi needs Chinese phone number unless you live on third floor, whose rooms wifi for some reason doesnt need it.

Facilities: Excellent, especially the toiletries. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and well-organized. Environment: Quiet and peaceful. Service: The staff were very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. I had a great stay and will definitely be back. A big shout-out to the front desk staff! 👍
