門口保安態度極差，我到前台沒人登記 我就先上去 他們給我打電話叫我下去 就準備要下去保安一個電話打過來各種吼，又沒説不下去 幹嘛發呢麼大脾氣 莫名其妙 這麼注重登記 就讓他們在崗位站好啊 過去我還要等她來嗎 已經好幾次過去等他們打掃房間，再給我辦入住，我等半個小時我就很心平氣和，搞笑了 什麼態度，我可是花錢住進去的 又不是免費住的 一直選擇這個酒店入住 還給身邊親朋好友推，草率了哈😅 再也不過去了😅😅😅😅😅俺不欠你 吼什麼吼 還差點打起來😅😅😅😅😅😅無語透了

真的會謝，沒開多久的酒店如此的差勁，建議大家不要住，我們訂的他們逼格最好的，橘黃色的沙發黑的發亮，就住一天換了三個房間，第一個冷的跟冰窖一樣，衞生間還反噬着下水道味道，第二個房間，馬桶堵的，第三個房間也是加了錢，換的他們所謂最好的房間，也就臟臟的沙發，衞生死角沒有發現，落灰，等一系列問題，，再説説前台服務員的這個服務態度，就是你愛住不住，不住拉倒的態度，很有個性，但我想説，你既然再服務工作，該有的基本禮儀也沒有，大廳沙發上保安在睡覺蓋着被子進去那個味道就跟進了老漢的被窩一樣，無語了，住了一晚立馬換隔壁的酒店了

服務熱情，在烏魯木齊遊玩就選擇續住了。
酒店的位置非常好，旁邊就是人民公園，去紅山公園和新疆國際大巴扎打的也不遠，附近飲食店很多，文化宮正對的那條路進去有很多好吃的，還有很多路邊烤串，很有氛圍。
房間衞生什麼都挺好，唯一不足就是房子中間有根大柱子。
人民公園南門早上有早市，可以去逛逛體驗一下當地人的生活。

酒店位置還可以 也夠寬敞 ，就是隔音真的很差 隔壁在講話，在給別人打電話的鈴聲都聽的很清楚。走廊開關門聲音都可以清晰聽見。睡眠淺的慎入

房型稍微奇特一點，不過無關大雅。洗手間比較簡陋，水管沒有包起來，看起來有點不適，臟臟的。隔音什麼，不要住在靠馬路就沒事。
