I like the simplicity of the room design - it is clean and practical. The staff was very friendly, however they sent up a gift with a robot butler at 22:30 when we were already asleep. It was were confusing and frustrating, because we were anxious to get a good nights sleep before we catch our flight the next day.

I came to check in as soon as I got off the plane in the morning and it was very fast like last time. I came earlier and the room was not available yet, but I waited in the lobby for about five minutes and the room was ready. I went in and saw that it was so clean. This hotel is unusual and elegant. I was the only foreigner staying but I was looked after politely and efficiently. They helped me arrange a driver to Tianchi and I was very impressed with the standard of room. It's located in a quiet area with an out door seating area accessible from inside the hotel. Outside the hotel is a lovely communal area that's also very pleasant to sit in in the evening. Thank you Amy
