I am writing to share my wonderful experience at your hotel. The facilities were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the exceptional service provided by Becky. Every time we needed assistance, Becky was there, always ready to help with a smile. Her dedication and attentiveness made a significant difference during our visit. I highly recommend your hotel to others, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Comfy bed, soft bouncy pillows, fabulous shower that you don't want to get out of, friendly helpful staff that go out of their way for you. Just disappointed we didn't get to eat there as we would normally do, because they were having a refurbishment

Staying in this hotel tonight for the first time , I like to leave feedback on most of the hotels I stay in . This hotel is in a nice area of Uttoxeter the staff at the hotel reception were friendly the room was at a high standard as you would expect. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly which I like especially the young lady called Izzy she was very professional and couldn’t do enough for myself as well as the other customers for a young lady it was nice to see her enjoying going her job also big shout out for the other staff Becky seb and Dan just the same ,food was lovely overall great experience which is what you want when your doing a lot of travelling with work

The room was not clean, smelled very badly of stale cigarette smoke, milkshake bottle on the floor from last visitor, scum around the bath, food stain on the bedding, bedding smelt like stale cigarette smoke, scum around the bath. Sticky handprints on the head board. Air con did not work. Complained after noticing stale cigarette smoke and unclean bedding, told by reception, "i don't know what we can do, we're fully booked" and "the manager will take a while to get here" given a clean set of bedding to ***** the dirty bedding and put fresh bedding on myself and was told breakfast would be refunded. This is not OK. This room was unclean and there was no alternative available. Just over £20 was refunded for breakfast, which does not make up for having no choice but to stay in an unclean, and horrible smelling room having to change the dirty sheets myself. Very poor cleanliness and service.

Stayed here for two nights to visit Alton Towers with my family. The staff were so friendly and went the extra mile in the restaurant to look after us. Would like to give a particular mention to staff member Becky who was so welcoming and great with the kids. Will definitely return and hope to see Becky again!

Uttoxeter is a pretty run down Premier Inn situated in a service station. We couldn't eat at the restaurant as they had one booking for 20 people, even though the restaurant was large. Room was small for a family room and the bathroom was shabby. Beds were comfortable and lady at reception was friendly. A charger was left behind in the room and staff, once we managed to get an answer on the phone, claimed it wasn't found which seems very unlikely.

We stayed at the Premier inn for 2 nights as it was very convenient for Alton Towers. Check in was quick and easy and we had a good sleep in our comfy beds. We booked the meal deal and had amazing service from the very friendly and efficient Seb and Alex who looked after us. The food was tasty and the potions were generous. We would definitely recommend and will return.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Despite just being the two of them on the evening we stayed, Jordan and in particular Becky (who was reception, bar, waitress and manager that night), they dealt with everything efficiently and cheerfully. Would definitely stay again.

Really friendly staff went put of their way to make us feel welcome - shout out to Becky, Abbie and Seb. Clean comfortable rooms and good breakfast. A good base for Alton Towers which is only 20mins away. Good value for money - would recommend.
