"Great B&B, lovely hosts, fabulous breakfast and good private parking"

"The staff were really helpful and allowed me to check in earlier as I was away in the day during regular check in hours. The room was nice with a good, hot shower but there was some mound in the shower. Nothing too bad, could be removed with a hard scrub."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and both experiences have been wonderful. Every member of the front desk team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I traveled here to pick out and pick up my wedding dress, and after a long flight I was completely exhausted. Amy truly went above and beyond by seeing if she could arrange an earlier check-in for me. She made me feel so valued and genuinely cared for. Thanks to her kindness, I was able to get some much-needed rest before my dress fitting, which made such a difference. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and it's one of the reasons I'll continue coming back. Thank you, Amy, and the entire front desk team, for making my stay so memorable!"

"Arrived late in the evening , so was grateful for a 24 hour service desk. I only had to wait a minute til they came to the desk. He was polite and helpful! My room was comfortable & the room heated up fast with the heater in the room. It was alittle noisy due to the location but I chose to stay at a services so all good !"

"Pleasant stay."

"We stayed here as we visited Uttoxeter Races so perfect location. The check in was efficient and staff were really friendly. The room was comfortable, clean with good facilities. It had tea & coffee making facilities bathroom with nice shower. Breakfast was excellent. We also had a meal on our arrival day, a roast dinner that was great value for money. A lovely stay, we will definitely return."
