North Stafford Hotel

Smooth check in, lovely big room that was clean and comfortable. Bargain price , couldn't be beaten.

Booked a room the the area is spacious. However, the facilities are old. You also need to bring own toothbrush, toothpaste. Have 2-in-1 shower gel shampoo. The location is right opposite train station which’s convenient

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean from reception to the room, our room was a very spacious and comfortable the downside there was only one very small window, so natural light for the size of room was insufficient and the decor is very tired looking. We also had breakfast which was a buffet style hot and cold choices all very good and again the staff attending were just lovely. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Stoke.

Hotel was clean and public areas well decorated. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but there was no housekeeping service during our stay so room not cleaned, bin not emptied etc. There were only 2 coffee sachets in room when we arrived and these were not replaced either. As the hotel offered no food/drinks service after breakfast so no coffee in room was annoying. Have been staying in hotels for years and have never experienced this. Buffet breakfast was ok but food was not replaced when trays were empty, which meant some items were not available.

Very dated hotel, but staff were friendly and it's and ideal location for the train station - stones throw!

It was a beautiful experience as it was my second time at the hotel, I had a great time there

I had really nice time there service is good so nice and quiet place ,☺️
