The canal cabine is a large room with two comfortable double beds and a private bathroom. The breakfast is served in the room Monday to Friday and in the restaurant on the weekend. The room breakfast has ceral, yogurt, croissant with coffee and tea to drink. The restaurant serves great food and I can recommend the Lamb Shank. Staff were friendly and provided local information what to do and how to get around.

Don't stay here. My husband and I booked this hotel for our last night in the UK back in September of 2024. Before I even booked it, I called them and said our flight gets in late, is that ok? They said yes, the flight was delayed so I called again and let them know we would be late. They said it was fine once again. I tried calling before leaving the airport but noone answered. We took a 40 pound cab ride there at night and noone was there. Every door was locked, the lights were out and it was raining. We had to pay for a 2nd cab back to a hotel by the airport. They never charged me so I assumed we were even. I just got charged for the hotel room we never stayed in this week in April of 2025. I tried to get assurances every step along the way and they lied to us and actually cost us almost 100 pounds in cab rides. We were looking forward to staying in a new part of the London area that we had never been to and instead were scammed.

I can say the food amazing...Staff friendly and as I was a female staying alone with my assistant dog one member of staff gave me her personnel number to call if I was worried. Georgia So can't thank her enough put my mind at rest. All staff was so friendly can't fault them. Room junior suite wow what a lovely room with canal view big clean spotless. Grateful for bottle water in fridge and milk. Cornflakes but not fan of croissants cold didn't like them. Thought they did cooked breakfast but told only on a weekend. Needs to be amended in deception bit misleading. Now I would have marked higher but I had the worse night sleep ever in this room..There was constant noise from the wall sounded like a loud generator it was so loud no joking for £110 stay per night I would have expected to sleep...I was going stay another night as already told them but so glad I paid for just 1 night in cash..So not committed to the 2nd night..I was so tired miserable, freezing cold even when got home full heating on where I was so tired from no sleep my whole body almost shut down on me. Being a diabetes suffer and COPD with other medical issues I really did suffer from no sleep..Not to mention dangerous driving myself home. Such a shame because everything was really nice...I would stay again but not in same room with that noise never.

Good place to stay 15min drive from Heathrow. Immaculately clean, no frills accommodation in a courtyard chalet room. Had lunch & dinner here & a walk along the canal. Quieter than a Heathrow hotel & a window into real london/UK people/life.

We stayed here during a visit to central London. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the staff were very polite, and helpful with regard to advice on transport needs. Nice location by the canal, with lovely views. We can highly recommend this hotel

Very clean and comfortable bed. Great shower . Drink making equipment and small fridge. We chose this place as we had an early morning pick up at Heathrow and didn't want to drive down from Derby at silly o'clock and all in one day. We bought dogs and were welcomed. We had nice walk along canal and saw how it's fine to walk to Elizabeth line . We ordered food and sat outside our room which was good on summer evening. You are kind of in the pub garden so potentially could be noisy but we were tired and a Thurs night and we both slept great . Will definitely recommend for Heathrow . Also a Tesco close so that was a bonus as forgot dog food and Costa cafe in Tesco. All was great .
