"We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment."

"The hotel was very good overall with good service, nice facilities and a nice family room which have recently been refurbished. The hotel was more than happy to heat up my food, good breakfast and having air conditioning which were really nice thing about this hotel.Unfortunately there were some problems such as the room card disabling each day due to it being sensitive to mobile phones and forgetting to give me, my wife and daughter’s 3 sets of towels."

"Located strategically next to a shopping precinct with walking distance. All goods from check in to check out process. The only exception is the hand wash tap in the bathroom been installed too far from the basin and it’s indeed difficult to use and water splashing all over. The other issue is leaking out from the bathroom after every shower. Room became cramp after the sofa bed setup for sleep. Breakfast is good but suggest they should alternate the menu with more variety. Otherwise, we been bored with the offering after stayed in for 6 nights"
