"The hotel is quite well-maintained and nice. The staff is very inefficient. I asked for more towels and they refused, explaining why I never received them. We also asked if they could lend us an iron, and they refused that too. There's no laundry service, at least that's what the waiters told me. The restaurant is okay, but they need to improve hygiene; it smells terrible. The waiters and the reception area of ​​the restaurant smell awful."

"I loved this clean, beautiful salt hotel. The staff was nice and the place was a true oasis from the Uyuni town. The food was good and the staff was amazing. My one complaint is that the room does not come with towels. We had to request 1 and there was none to dry your feet when you step out of the shower which could be a tripping hazard. I even transfered to a different room and same thing. The hotel is truly stunning and the staff was so nice. Please provide towels in all rooms and a mat or small towel to dry feet on I would definitely stay here again"

"This hotel is not bad but my room was terrible! It was a corner room so I got all the noise of cars, dogs and rail traffic for the entire night. Thee was no five minute silent period at any time of the night. I have never experienced anything like it before. The noise was like sleeping on the street, it was so bad. If you book here, demand a quiet room. The rooms are fine but you can kiss sleep goodbye if you book a corner room. The incessant loud noise throughout the entire night is my abiding memory of this hotel."
