I booked two rooms. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was broken. When I moved to the second room, it was also broken. It was not until the third room that it became normal. When I moved to the second room, a slightly fat staff member asked me why I sat on the bed, which caused her to change the sheets. The experience was very bad. It was obviously an air-conditioning problem in your room that caused us to be very tired after 11 p.m. I had to change rooms, but they asked me why I was sitting on the bed. My husband and I were very angry! ! !

Ordered for a Korean customer. The customer had stayed here before and booked 3 rooms. This is a long-established hotel in Pingshan with good service, although the facilities are not very new.

This hotel must have been brilliant before, but now it may have been contracted. The lights are dim when you enter, and there is a small check-in counter in an inconspicuous corner of the lobby, which is a bit eerie! The room was okay, except for the old musty smell! The most speechless thing is that the central air conditioner and the exhaust pipes of tractors and cars kept me from sleeping well all night! At about 2 o'clock in the morning, I notified the front desk to solve the problem. The attitude of the front desk was quite good, but the roaring sound in the two rooms changed seriously, which seriously affected the rest. It is easy to wake up when sleeping. If you have high blood pressure, you should choose his house carefully. The life and pillows are also good. It's really uncomfortable to fall asleep. Everything else was fine, and the response speed was pretty good, but it's probably because the hotel closed down before and someone has taken over some of the rooms! It's also difficult to manage. The lobby should be magnificent, but it was dark when I first entered. I thought I was in the wrong place!

There are not many decent hotels around the business trip, so I chose this four-star hotel. It looks good from the outside, but when I enter the lobby and the room, I feel that it is not the same.
