YYong_EnThe hotel is very convenient—just near CDG Airport. The room was clean, and we appreciated the free late check-out until 3 PM. Since my flight was at 10:40 PM, they allowed us to extend our stay until 6:30 PM for an extra fee, which was helpful.
However, we had an unsettling experience with someone knocking on our door at night, and again the next day around 6 PM. At first, it was just once, but then it happened multiple times, as if trying to tempt us to open the door. My friend had a similar incident the night before. It made us feel unsafe. When I called the front desk, the first staff member had trouble understanding English, but thankfully, another one spoke fluent English and helped. They sent someone to accompany me downstairs, which I appreciated.
Probably during that time, the elevator card system was out of service, which might have allowed unauthorized access to guest floors. I hope the hotel improves security and ensures proper access control to prevent this kind of situation in the future.

Note that soundproofing is weak—you may hear footsteps from above and occasional plane noise. Still, a decent budget-friendly choice for a short transit stay.

When you confirm your stay via email, the hotel will send you an instruction on where to wait and what number to call for transport but they don’t pick up phone! We tried calling via WhatsApp for more than 20mins. Lucky for us that another guest called hotel with a borrowed phone with local SIM card and they pick up.
Overall it was a pleasant stay with nearby cafes to get food.

AAnonymous UserThere was a wide variety of side dishes for breakfast, and they were all suitable for Japanese tastes. The airport shuttle costs 7€, so if you take the bus it takes more than 30 minutes from the airport, but it's in a hotel district and has a safe atmosphere.

GGuest UserFirstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again.

GGuest UserYou get what you pay for. Staff were lovely on checkout in,breakfast and departure. Rooms very basic but all you need to get your head down. Could not access any vending machines for a drink or snacks when we arrived as they only accepted cash and as we came straight from the airport we only had notes and reception had no change to swap. No facilities like a bar or anything which tbh I didn't check before we booked but if I needed somewhere to sleep I would definitely book again for the price and the cheap hotel transfer option.

ZzieeeGood hotel for a quick layover or reaching CDG late at night. We booked the biggest room available with private bathroom. Bathroom was small but does its job (think plane bathroom with extended shower space). Hotel was also a few mins walk away from a mall, Aéroville with lots of food choices. Shuttle was also available for price of £3 per trip per person to/from CDG Airport.

TThejessicadukeThe hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.

But there is no supporting facilities nearby, there is a bus stop, far from the subway station. Breakfast is OK, the room is small, there is no electric kettle, but hot water can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor.
