Hotel Valldemossa is a 5-star hotel, but with at least a 6-star service (their attention to detail is second to none). Manager Selim was not only professional, but so friendly and personable. It took us well over an hour to check in to our room because we were having great conversations over the welcome cava and cold beer. This is not the place that makes you feel like an opportunity for business, the whole crew has the friendliest attitude and service. There’s no need for my comment on the hotel facility, quality of the breakfast and the amazing location and sceneries. If you happen to find yourself visiting Chopin’s home, this hotel will not disappoint. Thank you Selim for your wonderful hospitality, hope to visit again! Cheers!

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at Hotel Valldemossa. Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. The hotel setting is amazing and the view from our terrace was spectacular. All the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfasts were outstanding as was our dinner at De Tokio a Lima restaurant. Special thanks to Bianca, Selim and all the staff for helping to make our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

My wife and I spent a wonderfully relaxing week at Hotel Valldemossa. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful terrace (though the weather didn't allow us to fully do this justice!). The whole atmosphere was tranquil and calm, with with an understated luxury. There are only 12 rooms, so never any sense of noise, being crowded or rushed. There is a wonderful breakfast buffet, and dinner at the restaurant in the Japanese/Peruvian fusion restaurant was very good indeed. Above everything else, the friendliness, attentiveness and knowledge of all the staff, made it exceptional.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was lovely, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The highlight was the Piroche Detox Treatment by Amor Garzon in the Spa. Her techniques were transformative, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a getaway with exceptional spa services!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. A highlight was the private spa - I enjoyed a massage with Amor Garzon, whose techniques were amazing. She uses Piroche products, adding an extra touch of quality to the experience. I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway with great food.

This hotel is a magical place and definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. My Premium Room with terrace was outstanding, very quiet, great interior design and very spacious with a great view. The staff is out of this world, service excellence at its best! The breakfast is a wow-experience with high quality products and a great selection from the region, very healthy, very fresh, just great! The food at "Da Tokyo a Lima" is a michelin-star experience and highly recommended. My personal highlight was the 3-day de-stress ritual booked at the Hotel's Sanctuary. Amor Garzon is the best therapist I ever had in my whole life. This has nothing to do with "normal hotel spa or wellness", but it is a holistic experience which benefits your whole life. Her treatments are individually selected and of the highest standards ever seen. Million thanks to Amor who had a remarkable impact on my wellbeeing for the future. I just booked my next stay there as I cannot wait to be back to this magical place and oasis. Great job everyone, muchas gracias.

The hotel is in an exceptional location, in full contact with nature. I have stayed there several times, as the Santuario de Amor Garzón is one of the most incredible places I know. Amazing facility. Incredible food. Awesome location. But it is the people and the passion they show every guest from literally the moment you arrive to the moment you leave that makes Hotel Valldemossa an experience unlike any other experience I have ever had during a holiday. The staff's willingness and eagerness to help make every moment of every day incredible is very real. And if you embrace this with reflected gratitude, your experience will quickly be a case of 1+1=10!! There are so many places in this world to visit. There are so many amazing hotels. But Hotel Valldemossa and the team that Bianca has put together is emotionally calling me back to visit year after year. So, when you look at the website words and the pictures, know you are in for something FAR better than you would think. The food is by far the best in the area. The rooms....wow. The facilities and location are perfect. The Sanctuary is FAR more than a spa, it is a place of transformative healing that should not be missed. And after a full day of adventure, realize you can have the spa pool and sauna all to yourself thanks to being in a boutique hotel with only 12 rooms that allows each guest to have private time in this area. But these words, they still can't capture how amazing Hotel Valldemossa is. Try it for yourself. If you open your heart and mind to the staff's support, you too will understand the title of my review.
