Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel design is beautiful with a view over the sea. Breakfast was also brought to my room every morning on time too and was delicious. Pilar was so so lovely too making me feel very at home. She gave me my personal number in case I needed her and was very friendly. She recommend great things to do in Valparaiso. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Valpo.

Great location in best part of town. Beautiful well appointed rooms and yummy breakfast. Manager was super helpful with any enquiry, flexible with our times and helped with restaurant and transportation bookings. Highly recommend this small friendly boutique hotel.

We chose Augusta Hotel because of the room 36m2 with a large shower and balcony. Most rooms in Valparaiso are small. But we weren’t expecting the incredible view of the harbour with sunsets and sun rises. The room itself is just gorgeous. The staff very professional and helpful. Good breakfast delivered by tray. Location perfect. Will return.

This is an amazing place to stay. Spacious, well appointed rooms, great breakfast. The higher rooms have an amazing view. Your host, Pilar, couldn’t be more helpful. She arranged restaurant bookings for us, day trips and helped us to feel safe and confident to get around town.

A magnificent boutique hotel, ideally located in a culturally very attractive area of Valparaiso. The room (an apartment!) was fabulous. Perfect equipment but above all exceptional view of the city, the sea, the port... A beautiful terrace to appreciate this unique city. The hotel staff and its owner were charming. Breakfast in your room. A luxury! THANK YOU for this very nice stay.

We loved our experience at Augusta! The location is top notch, within a stone’s throw of all of the sites in the “bubble” of Cerro Allègre. The room was spacious and well anointed. Pilar was amazing, with good information on what to do and where to go, and serving a hearty breakfast most AMs. She was like a caring parent, making sure we were ok. Highly recommend staying here on your trip to Valparaiso!

Augusta Apart Hotel is a well located, well appointed boutique hotel in Valparaiso. The breakfast was generous and tasty and included fresh fruit juice, bread and choice of eggs, yogurt and other options. The staff was really lovely and friendly and gave us lots of tips for our stay. The rooms were large, roomy and comfortable. Our initial room was quite warm but the staff offered to change us to a cooler room at no extra charge. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again.

The hotel is NICE, the rooms are Comfy, the breakfast is awesome....But unfortunately The welcome I received from the receptionist Was quite strange... I could not tell if she was angry?? Or upset because we arrived way too early (10:00am) or she didn't like How I looked (Im a Headbanger/Heavy Metal Man). I felt a little bit discriminated to be honest. But it felt that she was not happy doing her job. Even though she was helpful with the information about Valparaiso...
