"At the time of booking has been asked whether there is a free hotel bus service at 1:30 am, but there has been no reply, two days before check-in asked no reply, which made us a little worried, finally had to take a taxi, but chose the most expensive fixed fare The taxis, they charge 19 euros, other taxis charge 12 euros! After arriving at the hotel and asking again, I learned that 1:15 am is the last bus and we should not be able to take it! Why not let us know earlier! We had to book an airport shuttle bus service and the hotel proactively allowed us to extend our time in the room until we arrived at the airport by the 1:25pm hotel shuttle! The breakfast buffet is varied! Spacious in public places!"

"Peaceful place, no noise from the traffic and otherwise also very quiet. Room had tv, refrigerator and a comfy chair beside the bed. What can I say? For this price I say this a steal. Also breakfast was very good. I fully recommend this at least for solo travelleres like I."

"We had a business team day on Tuesday for a more than hundred persons. The location is familiar as visited earlier as well. The manor and the surroundings are beautiful and cater a multiple locations for meetings. There's multiple parking areas and there's always space to park. The breakfast buffet has wide range of options from cold to warm dishes. The lunch menu has variety with a large salad buffet and warm meal options. The restaurant is large and was very busy at the time. Obviously with over hundred people plus others there was some waiting times. There's nice surroundings to enjoy a small walk and catch some fresh air between meetings. "

"Absolutely disgusted by the lack of response from this property. I am currently overseeing a group who are staying whilst attending a major event in Helsinki - a total of 17 rooms. On the first evening, a non-resident - intoxicated and under the influence - was able to access a guest floor and force their way into a room as a minor opened their apartment door! They were removed only for this person to then begin beating down and trying to access another room in our group! What they don't tell you is that there is no reception at this hotel and that when security had been called, it took over thirty minutes for them to arrive. The second night, the same problem. This time a different non-resident attempting to enter the room of another member in our group. The only access to this hotel is via a shared lift with the train station. Anybody can walk out on a guest floor behind a resident. We've even found that the provided codes have not been required to access the guest floors. I hate to leave a review like this but I have reached out to the owners and requested assistance to improve safety and security but every communication has been ignored. Clearly income far outweighs the reasonable needs of their guests and their experience. Let's see if they have the courtesy to respond..."
