The staff were able to serve my late night check in. They provided a free upgrade! The room was big enough with a private bath. AC was on during the summer, though there were no controls. The room was not equipped with many kitchen basics.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The person who helped me was Japanese and the communication was very smooth!

The hotel was very short walk from the Union Station. Just a few blocks walk to both Eaton centre and St. Lawrence market. Beds were very comfortable and staff very accommodating. If you ever need directions just ask the bartender. He is amazing wealth of knowledge of area.

The girl at the front desk is very elegant. Inside and outside the hotel are stylish and stylish, and the rooms are fresh and beautiful. Very comfortable. Equipped with coffee machine, several coffee capsules.

All in all this was a nice stay compared to the paid room rates within this same area. Better than average stay and nicely comfortable. Best thing about this property is its location. Always check or ask for room sizes if you aren’t used to waking up in congested area.

The transportation is convenient. It takes five minutes to walk from Union Station. There is a tunnel directly connected to the supermarket building across the road without leaving the road. The facilities in the room are complete and I will consider staying here next time.

Very close to the Union station, easy to find and access. Many food place around. Convenient for walk around not too far from CN tower. For anyone who has to take flight from Billy Bishop Airport, highly recommend. The complementary shuttle bus just front door of the hotel depart every 15-30 minutes.. Amenity is very eco friendly, organics product I think The housekeeper not clean well when I arrived, still leftover the previous guest garbage in ice bucket, stocking package was left in the drawer and no shower math for the first night

The waiters have a very in-depth understanding of the store and can give suggestions based on our needs, which is exactly what we want! Fortunately, the journey here is not difficult, and the store is easy to find. It is very close to the subway station, so friends don’t have to worry.

The room was spacious and clean, also they have good security. I didn't have to worry about anything. The location was not bad, a little bit away from downtown which was quiet. There is a station close to here, so there was no any inconvenience to travel. The entrance was a little bit confusing. That was the only thing that I can say something negative about it.

The hotel’s location is excellent – an easy train ride from the airport to downtown, and just a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s a Starbucks right across the street, which was very convenient. On the evening of check-in, there was live music in the lobby, creating a lively, vibrant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious with great amenities, including a stovetop and kitchenware, allowing us to make breakfast and simple meals – a rare and much-appreciated feature! The shower was great, and soundproofing was well done. The only minor issue was that I couldn’t connect my computer to the TV screen for easier work setup. The screen mirroring feature didn’t work, and the connecting cable was quite short, but since it wasn’t essential, I didn’t contact the front desk. Overall, a wonderful stay – 4.5/5!
