Strategic location and decent room with a huge bathroom which was the plus point of the room. Quite disappointed with two situations in particular 1. Instead of giving us a queen bed, they joined two single beds and made it into a double bed. We didn't realize until midnight where we constantly sank into the gap where two beds were combined. 2. For two mornings in a row, there was renovation or noise going on at 8-8.30am until 10am. When we feedback to the staff at the front desk. They said it could be from the building next to them but I re-empahsize is from the common area between the rooms then one of the staffs said we have to call them instantly to resolve the issues else they can't do anything. Honestly, we got awake by the noise and how are we supposed to call them? For the standard of this hotel, I would expect a more responsible reply from the staffs then pushing it back to guests.

I didn’t expect much from the hotel actually. Check in was pretty swift, receptionist tried their best to give you a guide if it’s your first time in Venezia. Rooms were small in size, probably expected it too. But everything else was pretty complete, you have bedroom slippers, soap and shampoo etc. No toothbrush toothpaste. No bathrobes or kettle. But most things best to prep bcs hotels in Europe usually dont provide. Cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Bathroom were huge, clean and looks luxurious. There’s an elevator too - suitable for elderly if you’re travelling with one. Location is superb - in Canneregio, there’s like restaurants and bar everywhere near the hotel, super chill too, a lot of people likely locals but not as annoying as in San Marco as it’s touristy packed.

Good location , quite n nice surrounding , we reveived quality service from concierge , front desk, restaurant n house keeping 🥰🥰 Nice property , accessable by water taxi , very convinient👍

The hotel is in a nice quite location, not far from the hustle and bustle. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work in our room but apart from that, it was excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located relatively close to the train station and the vaporetto stop, but in a really quiet neighborhood, so it's peaceful both at day and night. The area has several bars where to have a drink, and some restaurants. We particularly enjoyed staying in this location, because it was not overly packed with tourists as in the center, there were also locals hanging out there, and the atmosphere was not crowded and commercial. The room is very nice, spacious, and the bed is really comfortable!!! which is amazing, after walking miles up and down the Venetian bridges! Service is great, everyone at reception is helpful and extremely kind, speak good english, and helped accomodating all our needs. The hotel also helps organizing a private boat trip along the main canals, which is really a great experience and I would absolutely recommend! Overall I'm super happy with our experience at this hotel, and I would totally recommend this stay to everyone!

The service staff is enthusiastic, good at chatting, and will take the initiative to help! The room was also very comfortable. I liked the large balcony. Although it is a little far from the train station, it is within walking distance. However, if you have two large suitcases, you may still have to consider it. In other aspects, hygiene, hardware facilities, services, etc. are all very good.

A hotel with an extraordinary team of professionals. Very friendly and with very fluent communication in several languages. The rooms are really good with a very good cleaning service.

The room is not big, but it is enough for a family of four. The service is great.

It takes fifteen minutes to walk from the train station. However, the water bus stop to the airport on the last day was relatively close. The room is large, but the view of the river from the window is mediocre. The service is very good. As soon as I checked in, I already introduced nearby attractions. Breakfast can be eaten outdoors with anti-bird nets
