The location is amazing. We had a room without a view, but still have a corner view of the Canal. This is cool.
The room is large, warm (we stayed in January), the beds are comfortable.
Good breakfast. There is a terrace below where you can sit and admire the Canal at any time.
There is a gondola parking lot right next to the hotel; you can get to the other side for a small fee.

The location of the hotel is very good since it is close to everything. Everything available on foot.
Clean and spacious room. The breakfast is very varied and diverse.
The staff speaks English which makes communication easy.
The service is just right apart from the breakfast service which was great.
I recommend this hotel.
