The hotel is in the city.Not at the Spa Island.It is a nice clean hotel, the the team workers are serveable and nice always with a smile .We searched especially a hotel with an air condition because of a special private situation. The air condition did not work properly even when it was on 16 degrees!!!We had to ask for a vintelator. l asked to change to a better air condition room but they said that they can't change the room.also at the beginning the safe in the room didn't work, and they had to bring a specialist to fix it.

The hotel is overestimated, the price is exaggerated. Our journey started with a false booking ( we prepaid the hotel one Monat in advance) and the booking could not be found. The false fire alarm system woke us up at 2 p.m and there were no apologies, reimbursement or announcement. The wellness area is not so great as pictures shows. The water in swimming pool is too cold, whirlpool's temperature was 24 degrees. The breakfast menu was basic as well.for this price you can definitely find a better quality.
