Response from Property: Dear guest, Thank you for your understanding and tolerance for the sound insulation problems caused by wooden bungalows. Our villa has a beautiful garden which is unique but also bring the mosquito problem. We pay more attention to this. We provide mosquito swatter and electric mosquito repellent in every room. We also arrange for professional company to spray and eliminate mosquitoes once a month. We hope guests can enjoy the stay in Villa de Mekong. Thank you.

Response from Property: Dear Customer, we are very sorry to bring you an uncomfortable experience in our villa. After seeing your review, we immediately checked the air conditioner in your room as we installed new air conditioners in all the rooms at the end of June. After we checked, we found that the remote control is not set to the cooling function. This is our mistake and we are sorry again for your uncomfortable experience during your stay.We will improve the workflow. Before each guest checks in, we will check all the electrical appliances in normal use. Thank you for your valuable advice.

Response from Property: Dear customer, We are very sorry to bring you an unpleasant experience during your stay. Room hygiene is our top priority, so we have seriously reviewed our work. We carefully checked the surveillance video outside the room. Before you check in, the cleaner first entered the room to change the bedding, and then she entered the room again with cleaning tools to start cleaning. But she only spent 8 minutes cleaning the room and bathroom and left. Normally cleaning a room should take 15-20 minutes, so our staff didn't do her job well. We've already punished and retrained her.Regarding the issue of the deposit, we provide each customer with the receipt or invoice. Your deposit is stored in the envelope, and it will be returned to you in its original form when you check out. We sincerely apologize to you again. We hope that we can regain your trust and you will be willing to stay in our villa next time, so that we can provide our services to you again. Thank you.

You mentioned the issue of mosquitoes, regarding this issue, we provide mosquito swatter and electric mosquito repellent in every room. We also have service of spraying for killing mosquito each area around bungalow once a month. Thank you again for choosing our villa as a your value relaxation.

Response from Property: thank you for kindly reviews for villa . for western style breakfast, one set included 2 pcs of sandwich with ham cheese, one poached eggs, two cakes, season fruits and fresh milk. we will improve our breakfast in future. thank you for choosing our villa again.
