Very good, very close to the pier, the bathroom is big enough, that is, the bathroom faucet does not know what the leak is, and the noise is particularly loud. Other overall pretty good

The hotel is very comfortable and well distributed, and has a small terrace-balcony with views over the outside. The best, the treatment of the reception girl, very careful and pleasant, solve all our doubts and advise us places to park as an alternative to public parking (very expensive in that area) and good places to eat and visit. The hotel is a very comfortable hotel, and it is very comfortable and comfortable.

We were really excited to visit Vigo & this hotel has a great location and looked beautiful and as we were meeting our son there , we looked forward to using the rooftop pool as advertised. I was so disappointed my son was in a camper bed , the shutters came up automatically at 8am making the room really bright & noisy. But the most disappointing was told to book the pool for on 1 hour was €25 per day per person. I was so upset and for 4 star hotel and cost was misleading. The assistant manager on reception that day when I complained was abrupt and when I said , if a pool is advertised they need to say its additional 225 for use of stay . She said it was not Ireland I was in , it was Vigo . I regret booking this hotel.

We started our summer holiday in Vigo and had 4 nights in Maroa hotel. We booked a room with balcony, even though we could see it was a quite small one. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed help to find a place to buy water for my contact lenses, and they showed me a few places where I might be able to find it, and they were right. The room itself was huge and so was the bathroom. The tv was a bit old and small, and the amount of programmes was very limited, so don't expect to spend time watching TV at night. The balcony was rather small as expected, but could fit a chair out there, where I could sit and read a book. Could have used another chair and maybe a little table, so both of us could have sat outside. Breakfast was good although not the same variety as in a large hotel. However, we got a brilliant service and eggs the way we wanted them each morning. Also the view from the rooftop is amazing at all hours of the day. A strange thing that I've never experienced before, was that the cleaning lady didn't take the tip I had laid on the bed. That was just put on my desk when she cleaned the room. Can recommend this for location, staff, views and breakfast.

I'm going to start the opinion by saying the positive, which is not much. The location of the pension is excellent in the center and in what, in my opinion, is the best area of Vigo. Another positive aspect can be said to be the price (two nights €66 in a double room), but in this case the fact that sometimes cheap is expensive is true. Let's go with the bad. At check-in we were greeted by a girl who, to put it mildly, didn't have much insight. The room is very old with a decent mattress, but with a pillow thinner than cigarette paper, we have had terrible neck pain. Taking a shower was an ordeal, because hardly any water came out and what came out was either very cold or very burning. And worst of all, there is NO HEATING!!! We have frozen in an inhuman way. In conclusion, we would not return even for free.

It is located in the best area of Vigo, in front of the Marina, near the historical town and not far from the beach and exhibition center. Our Vigo hotel offers minibar, fully equipped bathroom, special amenities in each guest room, AC Lounge, with temporary limited schedule, fitness center, and Turkish Bath. This waterfront hotel is in an interesting old building, with view rooms looking out to the Bay and surroundings, nice lobby for a relaxed breakfast. My room had the great view, and the finishings are nice, but the flooring seemed to be of a cheap material that had bubbled/warped already and I notice it hadn't even been cut and laid properly along the wall (a gap) when installed. My friend didn't enjoy the enclosed feeling of the interior room she booked. We were sent to a really bad nearby restaurant by the staff but not their fault as the choices were limited with a late arrival, in fact the staff here are the best aspect. The parking situation needs to be explained more clearly. There are ”limited discounts” available for a certain number of guest to park elsewhere, and if you arrive later, left to your own devices, the parking garage directly across the street is a steep 30 Euros for overnight. The entrance driveway is nicely blended into the front parklet for esthetics, but this means it's not clear it can be driven on or marked at all, you will likely miss it and need to circle another four blocks to approach again, and then discover locals feel free to block it when you might want to drive up and unload. Still enjoyed the visit despite the minor irritants.

This is a great hotel, centrally located near the old city we had no issues getting around. It is very new looking, clean and modern. The front desk was helpful to let us know where the main sites are and how to get around. Checkin and check out were quick. They have a deal for a nearby parking lot for 10 euros for 24 hours. The only issue I had was with the wifi not working in the room which they said was because I had a corner room but being that this is an incentive to stay there I would expect it to work in the rooms. Also the shower was great but there was no boarder on the floor and the water would spray outside and onto the rest of the bathroom. I had to use extra towels to create a barrier to stop the water from leaking everywhere. Overall I think it’s a great hotel.

We stayed there for one night. The front desk employees were very helpful, friendly and answer all our questions, they also share their personal favorite spots in the area. The room was big and very clean. The only negative was that the bathroom shower enclosure was old and let a lot of water out while we took a shower getting the whole floor wet. Other than that, everything was excellent!

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I had an interior room and the window was very small. Especially if you anticipate jetlag and find light helpful to adjust, this room type may not be for you. In the room there was a refrigerator with minibar items. And an espresso machine. Also a tea kettle. The English of the people at the front desk was good. And I was able to check in early, which was much appreciated after travel.
