"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Vilnius with friends. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied (both sweet and savory) and served from 8 to 10:30. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute walk from the main train and bus station. The value for money was spectacular! Highly recommended!"

"I booked and paid for a room for December 31 – January 1 at the City Hotel Algirdas in Vilnius at a significantly high New Year’s Eve rate. The booking conditions stated that the reservation was non-refundable, but the date could be changed. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen emergency, we were unable to travel and informed the property immediately. After I notified the hotel, the property cancelled my reservation, and I received a cancellation confirmation. The room was resold, as availability for that day showed “sold out.” I asked the hotel to change my reservation date, which should have been allowed under the stated conditions. However, the property refused to change the date, even though the same room in January was priced at nearly three times less than what I had already paid. No alternative or fair solution was offered. Following this experience, I submitted an honest and factual review on the *********** platform describing what happened. However, the review has not been published, and I have not received any explanation as to why."
