"This was good and well handled. Easy to find and all info that as was needed, where provided in advance. The room were good and in level with the fee. The standard of the room was good; clean and neat. Unfortunately there was a broken roller blind that didn't work well (half broken) and no information about this had been conveyed before? It was an important thing, as the windows faced a pedestrian street and a house opposite on the other side of the street... It would have been a very simple thing to repair without much difficulty - which gave a very bad impression and experience. Despite of that - the general impression was good. The house was quiet, the other guests respectful and no disturbing night life."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the old town; aside from needing a taxi to and from the airport, most other areas are within walking distance. The overall design is retro and has a lived-in feel. The hotel features an outdoor garden and bar, but unfortunately, the weather was bad on the day we stayed, so we didn't have a chance to use them. There are many clean and convenient restrooms in the public areas, which was a big plus! The gym is located further inside and is fully equipped. In addition to the standard Scandinavian sauna, there's a lounge for ironing clothes and a separate luggage storage room with a lockable door. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-ventilated. While the furniture was a bit old, it was clean and tidy, making it the best night's rest we had in all our trip! The hotel staff, from the receptionist and bartender to the restaurant servers and room cleaners, were all very friendly and patiently helpful with any questions. The breakfast was also good; the orange juice was freshly squeezed, and the dining environment was pleasant. It must be said that this hotel wasn't the most expensive during our trip, but it was the most comfortable and had the highest overall satisfaction among all guests. P.S. I went through my phone and realized I didn't take many pictures of the hotel; I was too busy experiencing it. The only one I have is a quick corner photo I snapped while waiting for the elevator because I thought the greenery and background were really nice."

"Booked this place 10 months in advance for 3 adults for Medieval week. 1 week before arrival they email me and tell me they’re “overbooked” and are moving us to the “annex hotel” down the street but we’d pay the same price. I look up this hotel they’ve switched us to and they have 1 bed hotel rooms available that are half the price I paid. 3 adult males in 1 bed for $300/nt?!? No thanks. I cancelled and was very fortunate to find an AirBnB nearby last minute. Avoid this dump, they’ll ruin your vacation and overcharge you to do it. Classic bait and switch."

"Satisfied ☺︎ Especially the morning buffet is my favorite with the Swedish breakfast lineup! !! However, there were some spiders in the room and the footsteps on the upper floor (probably the front desk) were heard before 6 am because it was an underground room, so I think it is a good inn for those who don't care. It is possible to leave your luggage after check-out, but it will be placed in a keyless location at the front desk where the staff is not always there, but the security is not bad until this point."

"The hotel 🏨 deserves full marks. From the moment I checked in to the moment I was amazed by the scenery, the location of the hotel can be said to be excellent. It is not far from the beach to disembark, so you don’t have to carry your luggage uphill. The tall guy at the front desk was super nice and took the initiative to help with luggage. Guests troubleshooting problem: I, Ma Daha, changed my headband to a Hong Kong one, so I couldn’t charge it. The day before, my phone was turned off for one night. To be honest, I was really panicked. The lady at work brought it to the room during breakfast. Finally, when I checked out, I suggested that I buy a plug and swipe the card directly. explain Give it to me. Is this kind of staff an out-of-this-world good hotel with bicycles? 🚵🏻 My brother adjusted it and rode it for free for two days. The view of the hotel is as shown in the picture. I look forward to returning to Visby in the future and must stay at this hotel again. If you have expectations, you will. We hope that all staff will be healthy and happy. "Note this is not a hotel but rather holiday apartments on a managed site. Receptionist was available all day until 8pm. Our family of 4 stayed for a week late August 25. We really enjoyed our stay, found the place peaceful and with friendly neighbours. Outdoor pool was an added bonus as not much like this available in Visby. Unsure if the pool is heated or if we were just really lucky with nice warm water temperature at end of summer. Rooms are basic but ok. Having the kitchenette is big bonus to prepare meals instead of having to eat out every meal. A soft chair/sofa in living room area would have been nice. Free laundry room was beneficial to freshen clothes Lots of car parking and cycle storage area. About a 15min walk to Visby old town"
