"No lift/ elevator!
The rooms are pretty nice but dusty on the tables & side bed tables, didnt clean.. the toilet floods as well.. the instructions should have put photos so guest checking in after hours can get a better look at the streets at night because there wasnt any lights in the alleys.
It was a very nice stay as its very near the city center! Highly recommend, breakfast selections were very good too"

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. From the time of check-in, I was able to spend a comfortable time with the kind guidance. Cleanliness, coffee and breakfast service were also substantial. Also, access was close to the center of Visby, so there was no problem! If I can come to Gottland again, I would like to stay here! It was such a good hotel :)))

Hotel 🏨 is worth full marks. From check-in to entering the house, I was sighed by the scenery. The location of the hotel can be said to be excellent. It is not far from the beach to get off the boat. There is no need to carry luggage and climb the slope. The tall brother at the front desk is super nice. Take the initiative to help take the luggage to help the guests solve the problems. Because I am Ma Daha. The conversion headband was turned into Hong Kong, resulting in no charge. The day before, the hand turned off the machine for one night. To be honest, I was really panicked. The working lady sent it to the room at breakfast. Finally, when I checked out, I suggested buying a plug and swiping the card. The brother said directly.
Give it to me, may I ask if such a staff is out of print. The hotel has a bicycle. The little brother has debugging it for free for two days. The hotel view has been shown above. I look forward to returning to Visby in the future. I must stay at this hotel again. I hope that all the staff will be realized. Kang Xingfu thank you for your sincere service

Very good, the environment on the island is very good, the hotel has someone cleaning every day, the bathroom is relatively large, and there is a hair dryer. The hotel facilities are very complete, the breakfast is also very delicious, I will go again next time

Very pleasant stay, spring & early summer came in with 20 C, our room was very cozy, breakfast perfect every four days in our stay. I will never forget the blackbird ‘s song every evening. Nice and kind staff, no complaints from me.

Satisfied ☺︎ Especially the morning buffet is my favorite with the Swedish breakfast lineup! !! However, there were some spiders in the room and the footsteps on the upper floor (probably the front desk) were heard before 6 am because it was an underground room, so I think it is a good inn for those who don't care. It is possible to leave your luggage after check-out, but it will be placed in a keyless location at the front desk where the staff is not always there, but the security is not bad until this point.
