A lovely, new and modern hotel. Lovely staff, ready to help with anything. Clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is very good. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. There is a free parking. It is very convenient to reach it and leave it to the surrounding villages.

We booked this hotel for a night travelling from the islands back to Athens - the boat arrived over an hour late, so good job we'd not tried to go further. We'd stayed somewhere cheaper the other way - just say, we didn't want to repeat that. We had a Family Room which turned out to be two rooms interconnected - which for us was great. The beds were great and we slept really well. We actually chose this hotel because of the swimming pool - I think it is the only hotel in Volos itself that one. Note that the pool is only open 11:00 to (IIRC) 19:00 and checkout is 11:00, so this might not have worked. However they let us stay in the room an extra hour or so, and we had a good swim. Well done to the hotel for doing that. Note that the hotel is a bit of a walk from the front where most of the restaurants/bars are. Not so bad (15/20min) but we took a taxi from the port and another the next day to the bus station. There was some building noise that woke us up in the morning - turned out to be from next door. I assume that is temporary. If I went back to Volos, I'd use the hotel again.

Easy access, free parking in the basement, excellent service, friendly stuff, quality restaurant and bar. The room was quiet, we didn't hear any noise from the next door rooms. It was a very pleasant experience, highly recommended if you plan to visit the city of Volos.

First of all, this is a new hotel and of course there will be space for improvement such is in the breakfast, which was good enough for me but can get some improvements, and minor details that must be handled by the manager. Overall i had a great experience and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The value for the price and what this hotel offers is really good, cozy cafe, parking space, modern rooms and clean. Suggesting you to have a visit.

I booked this hotel in August because I think it is very nice and in a beautiful location. On the approach trip from Turkey we had a problem with the car and we had to cancel the room. Even though the cancellation deadline had expired, the hotel did not charge us anything. It is right that these things are also known, because the seriousness of the property is among the most important things that must be evaluated. Congratulations, I will return when I am in Greece. Volos, a beautiful town in Greece full of shops and a seafront. In this city is the Magnes hotel which stands out in the city center being recently built, certainly the most modern. Convenient internal parking, reserved and free. An outdoor pool for those who would like to spend a moment of tranquility. The "signature" rooms have a higher cost but with a few more details than the comforts. Comfortable and good internal restaurant and bar. The staff, reception and restaurant room are really very kind. Pros: parking, restaurant, breakfast and convenience for location. The guys at the bar are excellent. And Barbara at the reception also deserves a special compliment. Cons: the signature rooms are better but unfortunately the external light of the hotel remains on all night, either you draw the curtains or you put up with it, also the traffic on the road is very noisy, even at night.
