I wouldn't say that this is a 3 star hotel but 1 star hotel. The rooms are outdated. The balcony door glass was broken, as you can see from the photo. Very noisy. Instead of duvets, they still had blankets. The mattress was very hard and the pillow too. No sockets next to the bed to charge your phone. All the furniture was from the time that the hotel opened. The breakfast is as basic as it gets. The bathroom still had a bathtub. I was wondering how older people can climb to get into it. And for heating there was an air conditioning that it hasn't been cleaned since i dont know when. The staff was very impolite. We asked the receptionist to change the room due to the noise and instead to explain politely that the hotel is fully booked , she answered with attitude saying that this is it and there is no way that she could change our room. But to be honest, what you pay is what you get. Unfortunately, I was a part of a group and I had no choice. If it was up to me, I wouldn't have stayed here.

Booked at last minute due to personal emergency of which staff very accommodating and understanding. Rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space. Bathroom had been modernised and had an excellent shower. Rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard. Self service breakfast with ample of choice. All staff extremely friendly. Yes some aspects of hotel are dated as others have said but don’t let this put you off as the good of this hotel far out weighs this. Excellent location a few seconds walk to main front with all it’s tavernas and cafes. A few seconds walk to shopping area of Volos. Have stayed at a few hotels in Volos in the past but this is our new find and definitely the one we will be using in the future.

Appena entrati nella hall siamo stati assaliti da una puzza di fogna. Le camere e l’intera struttura sono fatiscenti. C’è una totale mancanza di manutenzione. C’è sporcizia e squallore dappertutto. Avevamo diritto alla colazioni ma non abbiamo osato farla ed abbiamo preferito farla fuori. Andrebbe fatta una segnalazione all’ufficio di igiene.

Απογοητευτική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον ! Είμασταν δικαιούχοι του voucher Θεσσαλία pass πρώτου κλείσουμε το δωμάτιο πήραμε δυο φορές τηλέφωνο το ξενοδοχείο για να βεβαιωθούμε ότι δέχονται το συγκεκριμένο κουπόνι και μας διαβεβαίωσαν πολλάκις ότι το δέχονταν και έτσι κλείσαμε το ξενοδοχείο .Οταν όμως ήρθε η ώρα να πληρώσουμε το ξενοδοχείο δεν δεχόταν το πάσο κοινώς εξαπατηθήκαμε από τη διεύθυνση και αναγκαστήκαμε να πληρώσουμε όλο το ποσό εμείς … Απαράδεκτο ! Όσον αφορά το δωμάτιο ήταν απλά ικανοποιητικό και το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου απλό προς έλλειπες !

Το δωμάτιο ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτο, έπιπλα της δεκαετίας του 80,η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν μέτρια, καθαριότητα κάτω του μετρίου, υπήρχαν σκόνες τόσο στο δωμάτιο όσο στο μπαλκόνι και οι κατσαρίδες έκαναν βόλτα στο μπάνιο.Υπάρχουν πολύ καλύτερες επιλογές στην ίδια τιμή.

Πήγαμε και το δωμάτιο ηταν τραγικό το λιγότερο.Τα δωμάτια αίσχος δεν θέλω να μιλάω ηταν μια κακή εμπειρία.Παρολαυτα ευγενέστατο προσωπικό που έκανε την εμπειρία μας πιο ευχάριστη.Δεν νομίζω να ξανά ερθουμε

Βρώμικο, από δεκαετια 70+80 μυρίζει μούχλα, ζεστό νερό δεν έχει πάντα, κρεββάτια όλα μονά με άθλια στρώματα που κάνουν γούβα. Τραγική κατάσταση. Δεν θα πρότεινα σε κανέναν να μείνει εκεί πραγματικά. Σίγουρα υπάρχουν πολύ καλύτερες επιλογές στον Βόλο. Είναι κρίμα να μην υπάρχει επαγγελματισμός και διάθεση για βελτίωση.

Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα Mahe: Τίμιο για τα λεφτά του! Οριακά αποδέκτες επιλογές σε ποιότητα κρεβατιού-στρωματος και διακόσμησης! Στο κέντρο της πόλης. Βολικό αλλά λίγο θορυβώδες τα βράδια επειδή έχει μπαράκι από κάτω!
