Friendly staff great customer service experience. Staff who went over and beyond to provide us with what we needed help with . Our family had a great time spent here on our powers site that was situated right next to the pool area and close to facilities. Super friendly super clean , nice and quite close access to the beach and more . We made the best memories here . Thanks so much to all the staff here at Ohope top10 holiday park .

We loved our stay at Ohope Top 10. Our apartment had everything you needed. It was clean and spacious. Very modern The spa pool was the bonus. Awesome communal Facilities. (And very clean) Beautiful spot right on the beachfront. Staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Definitely recommend staying here. 👌

Nothing beats the sound of the waves, sunshine, long sandy beach, good facilities and a friendly Team - you’ve got the perfect mix! Thanks so much for a much needed getaway. The Staff Team were brilliant. Special mention of Ella who we engaged with the most. What a great ambassador for the Park - friendly, professional, helpful. Someone with the customer service required (especially when our multiple gate codes just wouldn’t work), but also clearly hard working (we noted on her day off from Reception, she was in working with the house keeping Team!). Thanks Ella and the rest of the friendly Team. The Hot Tub booking option is a great addition to a stay at the Park. Only suggestion is to have a small tap or water bowl for washing feet before getting in. Great temperature and great views. Showers were always clean and great pressure and temperature. Thanks again and we hope to return again soon.

Very friendly staff, amenities were nothing short of excellent, loads of activities for children and the whole family. Definitely coming back!

We felt like a last minute get away with our two boys (13yr and 9 months old) and booked the 2 bedroom Seaview apartment with spa, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Very average site, the office is pretty much unattended. It takes forever to get replies from phone calls and emails. Do not use the laundry facilities! We got scammed for over $100 by following their instructions in S block (done through a cellphone) we would have lost so much more had we not cancelled our credit card. The staff and manager have washed their hands of this to date, one of the worst managed sites I have been on for a while. Even the new toilet/bathroom cabins are not being maintained properly. Will never stay here ever again
