Great location with a lot of attractions nearby(walkable distance). The room was surprisingly bigger than what I expected.

Very close to the train station and tram station. Few steps to underground supermarket. There is a sports shop downstairs. Easy walk to main shopping street. 20mins walk to bear park.
Staffs are kind and friendly.

It's right next to the Bahnhof and well served by all kinds of trams and buses, it's the best location. Good breakfast, nice staff who are also very friendly. The only issue is it seems needing some renovation for the rooms, there is some odors, slightly

We had a great stay. It is very near from the train station and we received free bern tickets from the hotel reception. Wifi is fast.

Amazing location, which is just opposite to the main entrance to central train station, and city public transportation hub. Only 20 minutes walking to reach the eastern end of Bern old town and the bear's pit.
Spacious room, with clean and nice amenity.
No air-con, which is very normal in Switzerland. Overall a good hotel.
