Comfy room, friendly staff throughout the hotel - all made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good but vegan options limited. I asked for vegan milk for our room and got a litre carton of oat milk which I really appreciated!! Only problem we had was noise from our neighbours. People going from room to room (there was a large group staying in multiple rooms near us) til gone midnight then before 7am created a lot of noise so be prepared for that. We didn't complain to the staff as we didn't want to make a fuss or make any issues with the neighbours. Despite being so close to the motorway, we didn't hear much traffic noise. The hotel and the staff we had the pleasure of speaking to were lovely, our room was comfortable and clean, check in was fast and straightforward (we'd booked online). Good value for money

Brilliant overall experience with my young family. Stayed here for one night whilst visiting family in the area. Lovely staff and very helpful. Kindly re-arranged the room to cater for a travel cot that had been requested very late at night.

David and I have spent many mini breaks at the Park Inn by Radisson in Walsall. We love coming here. Staff are amazing, Tina and Jean went over and above to make us feel special , thank you so much, ladies. If we do have any issues they are always sorted ASAP! Thank you all very much. A very quick review to acknowledge the hotel and staff at the Park Inn. Do not be put off by the front of house and the proximity to the football stadium. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The food was great and reasonably priced. Special mention to Kristan (I hope that's how it is spelt) for her help with parking two large works vehicles and sorting out of finances.

This needs to be looked into, it let the hotel down. The bedroom was so dusty and I couldn’t breath. The sofa bed was smelly and dusty too. Underneath the bed there was dust and a kids toy. Dust could also be seen under the night the floor wasn’t mopped my feet were black.

It’s just off M6, very easy too find. When we checked in, there was a problem with reception printer, but we did not wait long to get checked in. As the location of our room, limited WiFi available to us, so we had to go down to the restaurant to get WiFi connected. Once we explained this to the receptionist: we need to use one of the tables to use WiFi, the duty manager apologized to us personally, and offered complementary free drinks. The breakfast was over expectation. Good quality of food. The breakfast lady was very gentle, kind and caring. God bless her. Good hotel to stay.

no spare bulbs available for bathroom or for desk light broken electric sockets in room room too small for fold out beds for children. stairways filthy, had to use as lifts were consistently broken staff were friendly but couldn't do any thing in regards to poor maintenance budget.

Wrong room given due to overbooking. One lift was not working. Got stuck in the other lift for nearly an hour. By the time we went out most the bars were closed. Bar staff at Hotel didn't know what a Snake Bite was and didn't know that you have to tilt the glass to pour a pint. Overall dreadful experience.
