I know this is a budget hotel but I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star. Mouldy damp room which isn’t ideal when my husband has asthma, we asked to be moved to another room with staff not really bothered and told all rooms are like this. This is a health hazard! Then we were kept awake all night with screaming and shouting from room next door. When we complained, we got snapped at and told that nothing could be done. Terrible customer service! Didn’t sleep a wink all night and to make matters worse when we asked to speak with someone in charge we were told it’s not possible. We were only passing through Walsall but safe to say we would never return to this hotel, budget or not. Worst hotel experience we have ever encountered.
