Excellent facilities, powered river view site booked for two nights. Best showers EVER! great pressure, no time limits and no need to pay extra!! Great to have access (at a cost) to bike, kayak hire, a spa pool, pool (in warmer months) great place for all ages and all preferences - lots of accom options. Some powered sites looked a little bit tight, but our sites overlooking the river were incredible!

A pleasant, spacious holiday park with a range of accommodations facilities and entertainment attractions. The park is well maintained, quiet, clean and offers a good base to explore the city and district.

I loved my recent stay here for business as the cute ensuite unit was a perfect retreat after a long day at work. It was clean, warm and had everything I needed and had an amazing view of the Whanganui Awa (River). It also fit my budget!

This is a great park to stay at near the river. We stay there with a motorhome at a powered site near the river for 9 nights. It is a very clean park with lots of space and very clean common bathroom facilities. We plan to stay there again.

Park is in a nice semi rural location.Very peaceful, get up early and have a cuppa while you watch the mighty Whanganui Awa flowing. The campground has all the facilities that you could need. Kids love the playground and jumping pillow, and the hot chip machine!
