Riverside power sites have their own dump sites and water, making a longer stay easy. One of the cleanest camps we have stayed at.

Great place to stay in a great location. Plenty of scenery and walks. Top Ten sites are all maintained to a high standard. Have scored rooms as excellent as no provision if using and RV, as in our case.

Lovely setting next to the river, smallish sites but adequate. Excellent Kitchen and shower block with big covered deck area. 5 -7 min drive from town. Heated swimming pool. Friendly staff. Would stay here again

The staff are very helpful, the site is very attractive with lovely trees and a swimming pool. The communal kitchen and bathrooms are spotless. I felt very safe there.

So many amenities and things to do along with great service. As a first time caravan owner and camper this was my first experience booking in ever. Ben made it easy-as and gave me an easy parking site so I didnt need to reverse, as well as a late checkout so we could sight see without the caravan hitched. I thought 'this camping thing is great' we travelled the whole North Island 2 weeks and no other Top10 came close to what Whanganui had to offer, the pictureseque river, hirage of kayaks etc. even a hot chip vending machine! And an above welcoming fabulous can do friendly rapport. Will be excited to go back again for longer!

A lovely little park nice swimming pool nice shower block staff are friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful. It could do with a little modernisation in the kitchen, but other than that we would be perfectly happy to stay here again it was lovely and relaxing.
