Went with a tour group. All rooms do not have air conditioning. Some rooms had physical damage. No staff onsite overnight. Security issues with non guests accessing the hotel. Two night stay became a one night stay.

Bellissimo Hotel. In pieno centro. Camera pulita soleggiata tranquilla. Il traffico ma si sente pochissimo quasi niente. Camera manca di un armadio per i vestiti. La finestra del bagno si affaccia sul terrazzo del vicino..ahi ahi ahi. Privacy...Mmm. il vetro è oscurato ma non basta. Check in in comunicazione self service. Novità ma cmq quando prenotati lo dicevi. Se c'era qualche problema sentivi suonare il telefono ed erano loro che ti aiutavano. Cordiali e gentili. Colazione abbondante!

L’emplacement est pratique. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle. Le petit-déjeuner est simple. Il y a un tout petit coin bureau et une TV. J’avais la chambre 101 qui donne directement sur la terrasse de l’hôtel. Vu la saison il y avait personne sur la terrasse. Par contre en été je n’aurai pas du tout apprécier avoir des gens directement à côté de la fenêtre de ma chambre. La chambre a le radiateur et la climatisation qui sont réglables. Dans le coin salle de bain les linges sont mis à disposition y compris un sèche cheveux ainsi que le produit de douche. Le checkin est facile à faire, il est aussi possible de mettre en français ou en italien l’écran.

Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof Olten. Die Zimmer sind alle frisch renoviert und sauber, ohne Minibar. Badezimmer sind durch eine Milchglas-Schiebetüre abgetrennt. Die meisten Zimmer liegen leider in Richtung einer stark befahrenen Strasse, weshalb schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich ist. Einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück mit einer Kaffeemaschine mit programmierten Rechtschreibefehlern :-)

Sehr sauberes Hôtel.... Gewöhnungbedurftig das beim Check in kein Personal da war Morgens ,dafür eine sehr freundliche Dame Names Ferite 5 Sterne für Sie sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Mehr vegane Optionen wären beim Frühstück nett gewesen Obst
