"We stayed for the night for the Neighbourhood Weekender Festival. Good location not too far from the festival in a taxi, or from the town centre. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating, particularly Claire, very good value for money and would recommend ."

"My friend booked this two bedroom.apartment in a converted non-Catholic formet Church. It was about 15 minutes slow walking with a suitcase from Warrington Bank Quay railway station, and slightly further to Warrington Central. The entry process was complex: three different codes for front, inner and apartment doors. It was on three levels, accessed via a narrow carpeted staircase. My bedroom and en suite was clean but hot water did not work due to a defective boiler. My friend's en suite had an electric shower over bath with OK hot water. An email sent did not receive confirmation the problem would be fixed. Nor did the heating work. WiFi worked well as did the blackout blind. The bed was comfortable. The washing machine was in the kitchen, standard as a quirk of England. It both washed and dried. Unless the hot water is fixed, I cannot recommend staying here."

"I arrived late 10:30pm and was greeted with a warm friendly reception from Ann . We had a giggle about my name Sue as I didn’t book it , I had told Ann about the day and why I came to be here and she showed genuine empathy and compassion, the conversation was compassionate and genuine, Ann was exemplary and professional told me about the facilities and explained everything I needed to know . The rooms are fantastic it’s not a prem+ but not far off ! Very well equipped and comfortable Very clean !! Thank you very much Ann after such a tragic set of circumstances brought me here it was made just that bit better by your warm friendly welcome to Warrington."

"We had a wonderful stay at The School House; we were greeted with a very warm welcome by the amusing Garry. Our room was so clean, and the linen smelt so good (I love a bit a fabric conditioner!). There were lots of nice touches like the curtains and lights put on in our room, so we weren't scrabbling around in the dark when we came back later in the evening. Though Andy still managed to fall down some stairs, he is rather clumsy! The breakfast was delicious and home cooked. If we are in the area, we would stay again. Thank you for making our weekend so much fun."

"The room is big (designed for a family of four) decorated in nerf theme, kids would love it. All is good but our shower tap is not functioning well, only gives out boiling hot water which we had to use the bath and let the water cool down a bit before we can use a towel to wash. Not the best but image it’s a good place for family with young kids. Walls are thin, we can hear next door running and snoring. Ear plugs ensured a good night sleep :D"
