Everything excellent! It was sad to leave! Very quiet, relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Double room with comfortable beds. Third floor reachable by lift. Shared bathroom always clean. Comfortable shared spaces with large kitchen and outdoor area with chairs, tables and sofas where you can eat or relax for a while. In general, the structure is very clean and well-kept, also very quiet. Daily events organized to spend some free time in company. Snack and drink dispensers. Nice bar at the entrance where you can sit and have a drink, or have a chat with the other customers. Absolutely strategic position. In the ancient centre. A few steps from the bus stop that takes you to the central station and the airport. Shops not far away. Bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Perfect location, in the historic center. The service is very friendly and they organize a lot of activities for guests. Good atmosphere in the hostel and everything very clean.

I stayed in a dormitory on short notice, but the staff were very helpful and it was spacious and easy to sleep in. Also, since the Royal Palace is nearby, it was perfect for traveling.

Bath towels and bathrobes are oversized, larger than those in ordinary hotels The bath products come in single bottles and are quite large. There is no need to ask for mineral water to be delivered to the room. The room is quite spacious, but it feels a bit empty. It lacks the appearance of a desk. The bedding is very comfortable, just right.

Good location, fairly clean, free luggage storage

Superb location, right in the old town. However, it was unfortunate that the room I stayed in was a 6-bedroom, which had a really stinky and unpleasant smell. The room was on the 3rd floor, but it required going up the stairs to what felt like the '4th floor'. There were 2 rooms on this level, and I stayed in one of them. Be careful if you are carrying heavy luggage. Overall, it was an average stay, except for the terrible smells.

I stayed in a private room with a shower attached. Check in was quick and easy, the hostel was in a superb location just a couple of minutes from the old town. The room was clean and comfortable, it had a selection of tea and coffee along with a kettle and cups. Only disappointing thing was no milk and no spoons. I had a view down onto the street below which was great! I would stay again!

I had a good rest and a good stay~ The facilities are good and clean. It's in a good location, so you can walk around and see everything.

It’s pretty convenient

The location was excellent and the staff was really helpful and friendly. If you want luxury, don't choose this. The cafe next to the hotel offered lovely breakfast in a reasonable Price.

Mostly nice and helpful staff, only one staff not very helpful.

Wonderfully priced for private room and bathroom. Would definitely recommend.
