By accident, we booked the stay 1 month in advance. As we were unable to change the reservation in reception upon arrival, we booked another stay for the present day and paid for the room again. We asked the hotel for cancellation of the future stay via trip.com, but hget refused twice already. Other than that, the stay could be pleasant.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are buses and trams nearby. It is very good. There are supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. The room is also very big, the environment is very good, the service is also good, and there are small gifts for Halloween. I like this hotel very much and I will come again next time
