sarmed98We stayed at the Royal Tulip on January 1-2. To be fair, there are several positives about this hotel. The property itself is quite nice, the amenities are good, and we really enjoyed the wide assortment of food available.
Unfortunately, a major plumbing issue and poor customer service entirely ruined our experience. Throughout the night, the pipes in our room made a loud, persistent noise , it was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. The only temporary fix was for me to get out of bed and flush the toilet several times, which seemed to adjust the pipes for a short while before the noise started all over again.
We might have been more understanding if the staff had handled it well, but the front desk's reaction was incredibly disappointing. When we reported the issue, the staff member basically brushed us off with a dismissive ”yeah we'll check it out.” There was no apology or empathy, and it honestly felt like they either didn't care at all or already knew about the problem and just didn't want to deal with it.
A beautiful hotel and good food mean very little if you can't get a good night's sleep and the staff is indifferent to your experience. We left feeling frustrated and unfortunately won't be returning, on the same trip we stayed at Novotel also, and did not have these issues at all..

modern 4 star hotel that has the feel of a 5 star and all this at very fair price. Next time I will again prefer to stay with them, unless the pricing changes dramatically. Sunday check out 2 hours for free and given with a smile. This is hospitality. There was a pianist at the lobby on Saturday evening creating a nice and premium atmosphere. One of the things I like in Warsaw, it has everything you want, new, old, history, art, music, nature, bike lanes, esteps and ... superb hotels at low or fair prices.

Guest UserAll of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious.
The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent.
The hair dryer was high quality, so there was no need to bring my own.
The gym was very spacious and well equipped with a wide variety of exercise machines, making it great to use.
The swimming pool was nice as well, but since there were quite a lot of people, it didn’t feel very relaxing or private.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, so I slept well.
The hotel’s location was also very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very welcoming. There's a water dispenser by the elevator. The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Across the road, there's a Carrefour and a large shopping mall, and you can even see the Palace of Science right from the hotel entrance.

The location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!

HowToTripWe stayed at this hotel for two nights in a double room with an extra bed and had a wonderful experience.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a safe and blackout curtains that made sleeping easy. Housekeeping was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary water station, where guests could refill bottles with both still and sparkling water.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived very early, around 8:00 a.m., and were able to leave our luggage at reception while we went out to explore the city before check-in. The hotel also offers luggage storage after check-out, which is very convenient.
The location is perfect. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and around 10 minutes to the U.S. Embassy, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting for a visa interview. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby.
Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, including sparkling wine. Since we had an early flight on our departure day, the hotel kindly offered us breakfast boxes to take with us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice and professional welcome at the reception. Room clean and little amenities that you don’t find in any hotel, but of course Radisson Blu is always a guarantee 😊

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near the center of Warsaw and close to the main train station, about a 900-meter walk upon arrival. It's situated right at a crossroads, and directly opposite is the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a landmark from the Soviet era. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and another downstairs; the ground floor dining area offers a better ambiance. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. The rooms are of standard size.

The hotel isn't far from the airport, a taxi ride costs about 30 PLN (approx. €7). They don't offer airport pick-up, but there's a free drop-off service (just inform the front desk in advance, and a taxi will be waiting outside the next day; just tell them your room number when you get in).
Remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers (none are provided in the room, though you can probably get them from the front desk if you ask). Also, bring a travel adapter. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can ask the front desk for some – be specific about what you want, otherwise, they might give you sparkling water (perhaps that's what locals drink more often).
The breakfast selection is plentiful, with lots of dairy products, and you can even make your own fresh juice. The in-room facilities are decent and meet expectations. Recommended! 👍

Guest UserI had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly exceptional.
The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with capsules, as well as the complimentary bottled water and sparkling water replenished every day.
The breakfast was simply outstanding – one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever experienced. There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything was delicious.
The location is unbeatable and perfectly situated for exploring the area, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of an amazing location, excellent facilities, outstanding breakfast, and a truly remarkable team made our stay unforgettable. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Thank you for such a fantastic experience! 🌟
