modern 4 star hotel that has the feel of a 5 star and all this at very fair price. Next time I will again prefer to stay with them, unless the pricing changes dramatically. Sunday check out 2 hours for free and given with a smile. This is hospitality. There was a pianist at the lobby on Saturday evening creating a nice and premium atmosphere. One of the things I like in Warsaw, it has everything you want, new, old, history, art, music, nature, bike lanes, esteps and ... superb hotels at low or fair prices.

Anonymous UserThis is a modern, beautiful hotel with a great location, excellent staff, and a good fitness spa and pool. However, on the 26th floor (the very top floor) where we stayed, there was an unbearable hum at night. It was impossible to sleep. Also, the lighting in the elevator lobbies was as bright as a hospital, which was a bit off-putting and uncomfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel in Berlin before, and the service there was much better than in Warsaw. Here's my experience:
1. Three couples, including us, booked three rooms for three nights. On the first night, I scraped my face on a poorly designed cabinet. Luckily, as an aromatherapy teacher, I always carry essential oils for first aid. To my surprise, my husband then bumped his head on it. We reported it to the front desk, but there was no response the next day. When I called to follow up, they said they would deal with it tomorrow. As expected, nothing was done, and no one got back to us until we checked out. The other two couples also bumped their faces or heads (as shown in the pictures).
2. In the buffet restaurant, the servers cleaning breadcrumbs from tables would just sweep them onto the chairs with a napkin. This level of service definitely needs more training.
3. In the morning, I ordered an omelet. The chef seemed inexperienced. When I asked for more mushrooms, she actually asked me, ”Do you want two omelets?” I said just one. She then replied, ”This is how much mushroom you get for one serving.” I explained that I liked mushrooms and asked her to add a little more, and she grudgingly added a tiny bit. I don't understand their logic; I only asked for onions, mushrooms, and a little tomato, nothing else. Isn't it a buffet? On the second morning, my friend went for an omelet and was told they were out of onions, with a shrug! This was at 9:00 AM, and breakfast didn't end until 10:30 AM!
Overall, the service attitude was good, but the spirit of service was lacking. Everything felt like a perfunctory effort to get by, which is a real shame. I won't consider staying here again and certainly won't recommend it to friends.

Bernard M.I was looking for a hotel close to the airport, I wasn't aware at the time of booking this hotel provides free shuttle service to Chopin airport every 30 mins.
The food was great at the hotel, they have a nightclub/bar on the 10th floor which was closed for a private event during my stay but looked really nice.
Hotel rooms were decent and the fintess centre was pretty good.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really.
We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

HowToTripWe stayed at this hotel for two nights in a double room with an extra bed and had a wonderful experience.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a safe and blackout curtains that made sleeping easy. Housekeeping was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary water station, where guests could refill bottles with both still and sparkling water.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived very early, around 8:00 a.m., and were able to leave our luggage at reception while we went out to explore the city before check-in. The hotel also offers luggage storage after check-out, which is very convenient.
The location is perfect. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and around 10 minutes to the U.S. Embassy, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting for a visa interview. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby.
Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, including sparkling wine. Since we had an early flight on our departure day, the hotel kindly offered us breakfast boxes to take with us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel isn't far from the airport, a taxi ride costs about 30 PLN (approx. €7). They don't offer airport pick-up, but there's a free drop-off service (just inform the front desk in advance, and a taxi will be waiting outside the next day; just tell them your room number when you get in).
Remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers (none are provided in the room, though you can probably get them from the front desk if you ask). Also, bring a travel adapter. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can ask the front desk for some – be specific about what you want, otherwise, they might give you sparkling water (perhaps that's what locals drink more often).
The breakfast selection is plentiful, with lots of dairy products, and you can even make your own fresh juice. The in-room facilities are decent and meet expectations. Recommended! 👍

Anonymous UserOverall a very pleasant hotel – great breakfasts and exceptionally helpful staff who, without any fuss, proactively offered to change my room when I reported an issue. A big plus.
However, I need to flag one significant drawback: the air conditioning. In the first room, the control panel was completely non-functional – no way to adjust the temperature whatsoever. After switching rooms, the panel worked, but it turned out the AC runs on a central system. The only available control was the fan speed, while the temperature was locked at a fixed 24°C – far too warm for a comfortable night’s sleep.

The apartments are in a tower and it has pretty much all you need. Kitchen is very basic.
If you want to do laundry, bring your own capsules or detergents.
