"The interior of the room is quite clean. Amenity is also very good for each individual, such as slippers, like sesame seeds. The room and bathroom are very clean.
There's free water and Apple juice, there's a coffee machine.
The staff was very friendly and the Old Ta was quite comfortable to sightsee nearby.
Especially, I had a good night's sleep because the bedding was comfortable.
The only downside is that I went to the hotel and the floor was bumpy, but when I returned to the airport, I easily went to the escalator and slope.
(The escalator is next to McNald in front of the Royal Palace)"

Building with great history « grande dame » of the city
My suite on the 7th floor was very spacious and cozy
Concierge / reception / bar staff , everyone was trying their best !
For Marriott bonvoy members they were soo reactive on the app messaging

The carpeting of the suite needs to be refurbished “it’s the time”
Hotel bar is constantly busy , they should keep 2 tables at least to hotel guests , suite guests.
Late turn down doesn’t provide same quality as cleaning in the day.
Solid hotel , I love it , just mentioning places where it could be improved.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, very close to Warsaw's Old Town, making it super convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is also great for a stroll, with lovely scenery! The breakfast spread was quite rich too, with plenty of choices!

Close to Warsaw Central Station, the traffic is very convenient, dining and shopping are also very convenient, it takes a few doors to stay, safe, sleep quietly at night, the landlord responds promptly, recommend staying

Its a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.

My stay was good but a little challengng. Everything started very smooth with all very clear information coming into my email. Unfortunately when i got to the apartment i was given wrong code to the box where was the key to the apartment. I spent nearly one hour waiting for someone to pick up the phone (apparently it was 24-7) but no luck ...and it was just before midnight! luckily i met some neighbours who forced the box and got me the key. Helpline called me only the next morning...if not for the neighbours i would be sleeping on the corridor or would have end up spending additional money changing hotel. Everything else was great - i would suggest paying a little more attention to the cleaning but i actually did enjoy this place - it had everything i needed, had some shops nearby, parks to run, tram station with easy access to the center - maybe 12-13 min on the tram to Warsaw Central

The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station.
