The hotel is very new, the environment is ok, and the location is very good. It is the last room type that cannot be selected when the time is set. The sound insulation is poor. I clearly hear the snoring of the uncle next door...

Overall was great! Although we requested a room change because they did some drilling work on the floor that we are staying and early in the morning you cannot rest because of the noise. We went down to the reception and requested to be transferred to a mire quiet room.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

The most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a nice hotel, good accommodation, great location within 5/10 walk mins of three railway stations and closer to tram and underground BUT……. It has real issues with staff errors and then quoting polish law giving them 14 days to fix issues / complaints doesn’t exactly give a good view of customer focus or indeed reward of loyalty to IHG’s brand or this hotel where I have stayed a few times before. Due to a queue at reception I just left the card and did express checkout, however 10 minutes after I left the hotel took a payment for DOUBLE the correct room rate. An hour after that they then took another payment for the correct amount but did not cancel the original payment - clearly someone’s made an error and charged me someone else’s room and then thought putting it through again would fix it. Wrote to hotel and got a snotty email back in a tone that did not accept they had made an error. This email didn’t apologise either but it did quote under polish law we have 14 days to fix this which is pretty bad. There was also no appreciation that taking multiple payments in error could give some people financial difficulty as they cannot then access the funds taken in error I am now having to get my bank to complete chargeback as I am not waiting 14 days for them to reverse a payment taken in error This isn’t the first staff related issue I’ve had at this hotel so I won’t be back as there are plenty of other IHG hotels nearby that can operate without errors or sending snotty emails to Diamond Elite IHG members - on a previous visit they put me in a room right above on site construction work which was nice of them! If your going to risk staying here I’d advise paying upfront and not using express checkout

The apartment is located in the Mokotov area, 10 minutes walk from the Westfield Trade Center and 15 minutes drive from Shopen Airport. The hotel offers rooms of different categories. Stop in a single room without air conditioning (the street was not hot and such a option was completely arranged. In summer it may be hot). In general everything liked. The room was new, well equipped, but the kitchen lacked dishes and paper towels. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement. The Internet is available throughout the hotel for free. Parking – for extra charge. The hotel has a common recreation area and various activities are carried out for residents. All was good. At the normal price – a good option for a accommodation in Warsaw.

We followed my husband who came to Warsaw for work, and we stayed here 2 nights, because 100m from the company he had to go to. The hotel is located in a peripheral and developing neighborhood, not very comfortable to go to the center, because it had to take the bus and then the metro, taking almost 50 minutes. The room has a refrigerator, but empty, has few takes and is cleaned and refurbished only if requested, as explained on the bathroom door. We had 2 large and comfortable single beds. Breakfast is not included in the price, costs EUR 10 per person. The breakfast room is small, with little assortment, especially sweet (there are only yoghurt and marmellates), a little more provided with the salted part. If you are in Warsaw for tourism, a parity advice, a more central structure, despite this is quite comfortable at the airport (15 minutes by car)

The impressive complex ”Mazurkas” does not make exception to the rule: like all over Poland, except perhaps in the centre of Warsaw - at least according to our experience - you need to push the door of a hotel if you want to find a restaurant. The restaurant room, with its glass-blown lights, its large wall paintings, its silk-screws, and the wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden wooden The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very comfortable and very comfortable. The base, though perfectly correct, is unfortunately not in the level of the 'great expectations' raised. The addition amounted to 424 PLN for two (€95), knowing that after the cocktails we had only drank beer. Note: I will not talk about the hotel, because we haven't stayed there, but I know that residents have to pay for the car parking on the parking.

JJen N.This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay right from the moment I walked in till I checked out, left my luggage in their luggage room and returned after satisfying my ice-cream craving around the corner (Stolica Lodow).
I understand why this hotel has a higher rating the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw airport. My twin room was on the 5th floor and it had comfortable beds and pillows. Though the view from my room was of a construction site and a block of apartments, I still had the view of the lovely plants in the parking lot.
My bathroom was clean and had all the supplies I needed.
The decor in the lobby was stunning. If you love taking pictures, you’d appreciate this. I also love that it has a wee kiddies play area in the lobby.
I enjoyed my breakfast and had some more pancakes, they were scrumptious. I arrived for breakfast at half 9 and noticed that the fruits were all gone but they were soon replenished, i liked that. I was looking forward to some cakes at breakfast but there wasn’t any 😔
In all, I had a lovely time there and look forward to visiting again soon.
MMohamedHotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.
GGuest UserI chose this hotel as it's quite new. So all is in good condition. The bed is very good, not too soft or too hard. It has a very nice view on the City with those huge windows. The tv has chrome casting functionality which is perfect to go for netflix. Breakfast choices are very decent with wide variety of food. Very good quality as well. The downside that I have come across so far is: Restaurant service is poor. I stood in the front waiting for someone to bring to the table for a long time. Then when I was brought to the table, I found the chair being too low while I'm short, so I knew it would not be comfortable. I asked the waiter if there is another chair or table for me. He said it was not possible, while I could see many tables still available. After that, when I wanted to order, there was a lot that was not available from the menu. The presentation of the food was just so-so. I did also have to wait very long for service from the waiter. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted one more card so I could keep it in the slot for the room. I thought that was very good that they asked. But the next day, I noticed that the cleaning staff already took it away from the room. The desk lamp was not working, so I went to report it at the reception. The receptionist asked me if I tried to turn it on, which I felt it was a very silly question. So I told her yes, and I informed her that I checked it was also plugged in. When checking out, I had the same girl whom I went to for the light. I didn't feel very welcome by her. No smile or asking if everything was alright. And after she finished issuing the invoice, she didn't ask if I wanted an envelop for it, so I'd to ask for that.
GGuest UserI organized a consolation at the hotel restaurant a few days ago for 36 people. I ... I usually do not write reviews, but not this time. Everything, from contacting the person responsible for the acceptance of the order and agreeing on the details, to the final formalities (settlement) was done at the highest level. A place prepared for reception under the agreement, clean pants, comfortable tapicer chairs, and this is food. Lace with peas licking, flesh mellow and delicious, dried tomato sauce delicate and well-composed, potatoes baked perfectly, delicious cakes. Not only was the raising satisfied, but also my stomach, which is proof to me that the food was not chemistry. Lobby, toilets and generally delicious interiors and encouraging to spend time. and a decent price, not from space. I highly recommend everyone looking for a place to organize dinner.
GGuest UserI stayed here for a few nights on a sightseeing trip and had a lovely stay. The location is convenient for getting around as there are tram and bus stops directly outside the hotel and also a metro station less than ten minutes away (Dworzec Gdanski). You can also walk to the Old town easily. To and from the airport I preferred taking a taxi though as there is no direct line. The breakfast had everything I expected; various breads, cereals and hot dishes such as scrambled egg and sausages and fruit. The staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the only noise I heard was from the odd siren outside during the night (I stayed in a room facing the busy street but was on the 5th floor so that helped). The rooms were very warm though and the air condition seemed to be set to heating only (maybe always at this time of year) so this was a little uncomfortable. The duvet was really thick as well so took a while to get used to. Other than that I think it's a great hotel for the price and location and would highly recommend it. The wifi was also superb, worked throughout the hotel and didn't cut out once.
GGuest UserI spent one night with my daughter in a double room in Campanile Varsovie in February 2022. On booking I had asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what we got :). It was very important as my daughter was to have an exam the following day and she really needed a good night rest. The bedroom and bathroom were pleasant and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Also, the hotel is just one stop away from the railway Warszawa Central - the main station in Warsaw, with which it is connected by an inner-city railway, on which the ride to the Ochota stop (next to the hotel) takes just two minutes. The hotel is situated in the city centre - close to all the main attractions. On the morning of the checkout we were greeted with complementary doughnuts, as it was the popular doughnut holiday in Poland (”Tłusty czwartek”). A small gesture but a nice one!
DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
GGuest UserCleanliness and order every day, the presence of a hair dryer in the shower, comfortable and high-quality gel / shampoo in the shower and soap in the toilet, high-quality toilet paper. Comfortable mattress, comfortable and stylish beds, modern interior throughout the hotel, shower and toilet in the room, delicious breakfast, the staff speaks Russian, Polish, English, convenient location in Warsaw
GGuest UserThe BW Hotel Portos is such an underrated hotel that offers extremely decent value in comparison to other hotels in Warsaw. The hotel is unfortunately a bit far away from the city center but it’s easy to get to anywhere with the public transit so I never felt like it was ever an issue. The rooms are a bit dated in some regards, but the overall cleanliness of the room was great during my stay. The only small nitpick I have is the lack of a small fridge/minibar.
GGuest UserThe Hostel is located near many good restaurants, convenience stores and bars which is perfect to make an exploration base in Warsaw and relax in the evening. The check in was smooth and easy but there are instructions for after hours because the front desk is not always attended - this includes codes for doors and how to check out if you are leaving very early We booked the queen room and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. All rooms were quiet and had comfy beds with good pillows. We were supplied with towels but no soap/shampoo but luckily it seems that previous guests left behind some body wash. The queen room was on the fourth floor and did not have a private bathroom but did have a bathroom shared between a few rooms. The queen room was also without coverings for the window and was a bit stuffy - to solve this we draped a blanket over the window and kept it open to keep it cool. Our family stayed in a room with the bunk bed and had a private bathroom and curtains but all bathrooms were a little smelly (from the drains). The bathroom smell issue was easily resolved by keeping the door shut. The hostel has a good common area with a kitchen and many showers and toilets on the main floor of the hostel. The hostel staff appear to be able to arrange tours or make suggestions but we were on our way out of Warsaw so we didn't test this. The hostel has door codes to access the building and the floors with rooms so it felt quite safe. We also appreciated that they had an elevator here which made it very accessible. The public transport system make it very convenient to get around Warsaw and rideshares are inexpensive in Poland. We enjoyed walking and had no issues getting to major attractions in Poland like the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Palace of Culture and Science, the old town area and many nice gardens and squares. We got a good night's rest here.
